Question. Were TWO members of the Cornwall Pride Committee arrested earlier this year in a HM Tax Fraud investigation?

Answer. YES!

Why should this be of any concern to me?
For sometime I have been receiving letters from a debt Collection agency on behalf of HM Tax threatening court action against me. My accountants (the very same accountant as Cornwall Pride) repeatedly assured me that there was NO tax to pay and this was an error on the part of the tax office. I am still assured by my accountant this error by the tax office is the case.

However when you are threatened with bailiffs & court action it does become very concerning & start asking questions….well I DO!

I heard on the local gay grapevine that my accountant (same accountant as Cornwall Pride) was a prior bankrupt & another contact of mine had expressed surprise at the number of properties the same was said to be purchasing, along with a proposed business venture with another of the Pride Committee (not arrested). Given the nature of some in Cornwall’s gay population & having been a victim of mindless & factually incorrect rumour myself, I take most rumour & spite coming out of BarQdos & from some Cornwall Pride supporters with a pinch of salt.

Then out the blue I received information that it was common knowledge amongst traders & business persons in St Austell, that my accountant (his civil partner & one other) had been arrested in a Tax Fraud investigation.

Now I know as a FACT that being arrested by Devon & Cornwall police is ABSOLOUTLY NO indication of any guilt or criminal wrong doing whatsoever...especially if you are gay!

Another contact of mine spoke directly with a family member of the arrested, who confirmed who exactly had been arrested. One of the contacts providing me with information then informed me they were receiving threatening phone calls and they passed onto me a series of email exchanges between themselves and a member of the Cornwall pride committee. They felt so intimidated by the phone calls they have since closed their facebook profile.

Earlier this year I had cause to report to police factually incorrect & threatening commentary on the Cornwall Pride Facebook web page in which it was stated I needed ‘silencing’ (given I have previously as a gay person had my vehicles smashed up, been physically assaulted twice, received countless threats, including death threats, had petrol poured through my front door, an attempted extortion against me, etc.) I took the threat by a Cornwall Pride Committee member seriously. Of course Devon & Cornwall police did Jack Shit...exactly the same as in ever other criminal act committed against myself as a gay man, my family & friends.

Earlier this year I was informed by the chair of Cornwall Pride that Cornwall pride is NOT a gay pride, but (some*) gay people are welcome to attend. I am aware of others who have been told the same! As a local gay artist my sculptures were immediately banned from exhibition at Cornwall pride by Neil Hawke the current chair.

I was very interested in the very different way in which Cornwall Pride Committee were treating two of their own who had been arrested & the way I have (& continue to be) vilely treated by the Cornwall Pride Committee & some of their supporters regarding false allegation & arrest on what police now admit was NO CRIME by me!

In 2007 I was chair of an impromptu LGBT Cornwall Gay Pride Beach Day gathering. ALL (and I mean ALL) the members of the LGBT Pride Beach Day steering group had voted to inform, but NOT involve Cornwall police in the day.

This was due to widespread local Cornwall gay community KNOWLEDGE of the rampant homophobia operating & protected (still is) within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.

Just a few days before the Pride Beach Day (2007) gathering Cornwall police kicked in my front door and arrested me on a VERY serious (but now admitted by police) false allegation. The Cornwall police deliberately ignored physical evidence & refused to point blank interview witnesses.

The Devon & Cornwall Police CIOS diversity instigated HATE CAMPAIGN which was started against me, included some staff & some customers of BarQdos in Truro on top of the grossly homophobic conduct of Cornwall police previously (& repeatedly since) had the direct affect of me attempting suicide.

Two years (2009) later DC Parker of Devon & Cornwall police finally admitted in writing that it was a false allegation against me & NO CRIME on my part. I had attempted suicide by then & continue to be on incapacity benefit as a direct result of this homophobic police action.

It is a FACT I have been relentlessly targeted as a gay man by Devon & Cornwall police in a disgusting homophobic vendetta by Cornwall police since 2004. However the dishonest & corrupt Devon & Cornwall Constabulary professional standards unit ‘point blank’ refuse to interview witnesses AGAINST named & identified police or examine evidence both physical & documentation.

FACT. I came out as a gay man in 1989.
In those 22years…
I have NOT been charged,
I have NOT been prosecuted,
I have NOT been convicted of ANY criminal offence in a Criminal court of law.
FACT!

BUT I have been targeted relentlessly & repeatedly since 2004 by corrupt, dishonest, prejudicial & DEEPLY homophobic attitudes & practises of the homophobic Devon & Cornwall Constabulary! This homophobic abuse against myself, my family & friends has been aided by the likes of some within the Intercom Trust & Healthy Gay Cornwall.

So I was interested in that TWO Cornwall pride committee members when they were arrested earlier this year were seemingly being treated far better & very, very differently to how the Pride committee have treated me. But then I learned that one of the arrested was entering into a business arrangement with another of the Pride committee (not arrested).

I’m subsequently informed by my accountant that that joint business venture with one of the other (non arrested) members of the Cornwall Pride Committee has been put on hold whilst the tax fraud investigation is concluded.

I have also since been told I am to receive an invite to attend a Cornwall Pride committee meeting, unfortunately, this is said to likely to take place at BarQdos, Truro.

As a gay equality & HIV/AIDS campaigner for 20yrs and the vile disgusting treatment, hatred, slander, liable, abuse, death threats, etc. etc. I have received via there from some BarQdos staff, some co-owners & some BarQdos customers (including some Cornwall Pride Committee members), I would NOT set foot in BarQdos Truro ever again unless it was already burning to the ground and some kittens desperately needed rescuing!

I spoke with a member of staff at the accountancy firm used by myself & Cornwall Pride who quite rightly told me they could not comment (on the tax fraud investigation). Now I have every faith in that member of the accountancy staff’s discretion. So I spoke to the Tax Fraud investigation people myself. They thanked me for information, concerns & they expressed serious concern about my personal safety.

I did express to HM Tax Fraud Investigators that my only real concern was as a gay man further probable reaction of the homophobic, corrupt & dishonest police officers in the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary against me.

So to conclude:-
• FACT: Cornwall Pride DID have two committee members arrested earlier this year in a HM Tax Fraud investigation
• I am informed by my accountant the Cornwall Pride committee were informed of the arrest by one of the arrested. (Whether ALL the committee knew or only a select few I am unaware)
• FACT: Cornwall Pride is NOT a gay pride, but now a family event according to the Chair to which (some*) gay people are welcome to participate in
• FACT: Cornwall Pride (unlike Brighton, London, and Manchester, etc.) is NOT a registered charity on the Charity Commission data base, but a private commercial (non-profit?) enterprise.
• My accountant & Cornwall Pride Committee member ‘is’ a former bankrupt (as he said a matter of public record), but assures me he now has a triple AAA credit rating.

Good for him, he is most lucky to have recovered in business. When Cornwall police homophobically utterly destroyed my businesses I have never recovered from that or the constant & relentless police homophobic misconduct, lies & disinformation since 2004 which instigated my attempted suicide.

• My accountant assures me that the tax fraud investigation is all over & all concluded with no case to answer. I asked him did he want me to publish the FACTS. He did, GOOD FOR HIM, that takes courage as I know just how bloody vindictive Cornwall police & 'some' within the gay population of Cornwall can be!

However, Devon & Cornwall police CIOS diversity (who homophobically caused me so much harm & abuse) informed one of my contacts on their facebook page that the tax fraud investigation is still on going (into the two Pride committee members & one other also arrested).

In 2004 Lidbury was selling his watercolour paintings via the website eBay. He complied & adhered to the eBay terms & conditions regarding nudity in art scrupulously. His successful retailing of his watercolour sketches were lawfully declared via his tax returns.

In Nov 2004 Lidbury showed several guests at his home his computer catalogue of paintings sold via eBay. One of the guests later maliciously reported the paintings to the Devon & Cornwall Police along with making other serious spurious allegations, later to be established as false allegation.

Lidbury, had already been targeted by Devon & Cornwall police earlier in March 2004, when Lidbury had been asked to assist in the organising of a forum on ‘Policing in the gay community’. The gay forum being held on behalf of the Criminal Justice Board.

Mr Lidbury who had been named in Gay Times magazine 200th celebratory edition as one of the top 200 gay people in the UK & as former editor of the LGBT newsletter the Independent Cornish Triangle Lidbury had considerable knowledge of multiple incidents of police homophobia in Cornwall.

• This knowledge included the death of Richard Perry, following a violent assault, where evidence had mysteriously gone missing in police custody (Mr Lidbury officiated the funeral).
• The brutal homophobic murder of Terrence Sweet in Plymouth, which Cornwall police refused to co-operate with the local Cornwall gay community, stating they did not work with perverts.
• The Treluswell police entrapment of numerous gay men in a sting operation, which later was established Devon & Cornwall police, had broken Home Office operational guide lines.
• Personal experience of police homophobia when petrol & dog excrement was put through Lidbury’s front door when it became public knowledge Lidbury’s partner, who was blind & terminally ill with HIV/AIDS. Cornwall police said ‘Your gay and have AIDS, what do you expect?’…Cornwall police refused to act, even when youths stoned Lidbury’s partner, who was blind & disabled!

These are still the commonplace standards of Devon & Cornwall police homophobic reaction towards gay persons in Cornwall today despite lip service and worthless platitudes spouted by senior Devon & Cornwall police on ‘equality & diversity’

(NB: In 2006 when Lidbury & another were violently assaulted, Cornwall police assisted the assailants into a taxi to leave the scene of the assault & then threatened the two victims if they pursued the assault. Mr Lidbury despite grave homophobic hostility & obstruction from numerous homophobic Cornwall police at all levels of command …won a court case against his assailant.)


Devon & Cornwall police targeted gay equality campaigner Mr Lidbury. As a result the location of the forum was cancelled and had to be relocated to another venue. Also due to interference of police Lidbury was sacked from his job. It was later established by an Independent Police Complaints Commission enquiry Lidbury had been sacked solely for his being gay. This was a term & condition was applied following the involvement of the police & the cancelling of the forum at the same location where Lidbury was working.

In November 2004 Devon & Cornwall police carried out a dawn raid on the home of the artist, terrorising the artist’s elderly mother & tenants also resident in the home. Police seized the artist’s computer.

It was later established by forensics that there were NO illegal images upon the computer.
Police had to admit this both in court & an independent police complaints commission enquiry. Ironically, the other witnesses who were shown the paintings at the same time as the person who made the false allegation were never interviewed by the homophobic Cornwall police.

The person who had made the false allegation had also made other serious allegations against the artist, despite their being numerous witnesses to the contrary of the allegation against Mr Lidbury, most of who were never interviewed police and who police deliberately suppressed their witness statements. Some witnesses were intimidated & were seriously misled by police as to the nature of the false allegations made.

It was however later established that the person who had made the false allegation against Lidbury had made previous similar serious false allegations against other persons & had serious mental heath issues. Mental health issues on the part of the police prosecution witness which the Devon & Cornwall police had vindictively & deliberately attempted to exploit in order to try to criminalise the artist & gay equality campaigner, Lidbury.

It was only accidentally discovered by Lidbury’s solicitor that the allegation against Lidbury had been dropped by police, when Lidbury’s solicitor was acting as duty solicitor and interviewed a person accused of serious driving offences (for which they were later convicted). The person convicted of the driving offences was the very same person who had made the false allegation against Lidbury which homophobic police had attempted to exploit.

Unfortunately, because of the nature of the vindictive homophobic attack by Devon & Cornwall police which had entirely destroyed Mr Lidbury’s businesses & employment, Mr Lidbury attempted suicide.

There is no question or doubt the attempted suicide was as a direct result of the homophobic attitudes & practises of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary. These homophobic practises which are still protected today in the homophobic environment of Devon & Cornwall police force under the current command of Chief Constable Stephen Otter.

Cornwall police even attempted to have Mr Lidbury assessed as being mentally ill in 2011. However this backfired on police as in several medical examinations by health professionals it has been established that Mr Lidbury is ‘logical & rational’, but deeply traumatised by the experience of multiple incidents of Cornwall police (homophobic misconduct, dishonesty & abuse of power).

The police had also colluded with a Mrs Tressider of Helston, who had previously homophobically verbally abused Mr Lidbury in the street calling him a ‘Fucking Queer’ & who had also been maliciously spreading rumour (with direct police approval of a police inspector Mark Bolt then based at Helston) that Mr Lidbury had HIV/AIDS. Mr Lidbury who had been through the extreme trauma & caring for a long term partner dying of HIV/AIDS in 1996 and the Cornwall police homophobic attitudes at the time, and had to prove he did not have HIV or AIDS because of Devon & Cornwall police deliberate homophobic malice & misinformation.

It turned out that Mrs Tressiders son had worked for Mr Lidbury and she was worried that her son was being turned gay by association through his work. Mrs Tressider was ignorant of her son’s bisexuality & the long term homosexual relationship her son had had for many years with a teenager, prior to Tressiders son ever having worked for Mr Lidbury.

Concerned at the homophobic attitude of Mrs Tressider, Mr Lidbury had arranged for Mrs Tressiders son to receive professional advice from Cornwall Council Youth Services on his rights as well as housing advice from Kerrier Council. Mr Lidbury had also enabled Mrs Tressiders son (and other staff) the opportunity in works time to receive professional sexual health advice through the Health Authority GU Clinic (In Tressiders case due to the nature of Mrs Tressiders sons admitted multiple active sexual relationships with both boys & girls).

Mr Lidbury had also warned Mrs Tressiders son of concerns as to the legality of some of Mrs Tressiders sons sexual relationships with under legal age of consent teenagers. Issues which police turned a blind eye too in their concerted homophobic vendetta against Mr Lidbury.

However Devon & Cornwall police concluded that because Mr Lidbury was gay & directing Mrs Tressider son to receive professional help & advice on issues of his being abused at home by his mother, Tressider encouraged into under age sex by his mother, his sexuality, housing rights….was according to the homophobe DC Magnus Scott of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary…somehow was ‘sexual grooming’ by Mr Lidbury.

DC Magnus Scott also concluded that 16/17yr old students (some in their own home) watching the lawful & legal 15 certificate comedy ‘The Birdcage’ starring Robin Williams was also ‘sexual grooming’ because it was a film with a gay theme.

Likewise DC Magnus Scot concluded that a novelty joke willy key chain fob chosen by a 16yr old gay youth for his 17yr old bisexual boyfriend (Tressider) was also ‘sexual grooming’

Also the 16yr old youth (Read) chose a pair of Tesco novelty Christmas underpants for his 17yr old boyfriend as a Christmas present in a secret santa. This too DC Magnus Scott of the homophobic Devon & Cornwall Constabulary concluded was ‘sexual grooming’.

Ironically Cornwall police did nothing about the reported underage sexual relationship Mrs Tressider had actively encouraged & enabled her son in with a 15yr old girl or her colusion with another in making false allegation against Mr Lidbury.

This is a clear indication of the double standards, depth & depravity of twisted & protected homophobic thinking which saturates & permeates throughout the vile homophobic Devon & Cornwall police force.

Police officer DC Magnus Scott was also named as having committed perjury. The police officer having lied about a homeless gay youth not having being taken to police, despite their being documentary police evidence (a receipt for the police interview of the youth). Police have ALWAYS point blank refused to investigate this!;

DC Magnus Scot & a social worker (Jim Walters) were also tape recorded by a Mr John Cope Smith & in front of three other public witnesses besides the youth, the police officer & social worker blackmailing a homeless gay youth by threatening to withhold statutory benefits unless the homeless gay youth did what they (police & social worker) wanted.

Police have always refused to investigate this abuse by DC Magnus Scott & the perjury committed by DC Magnus Scott!

Detective Constable DC Magnus Scott is a serious danger to public safety in his encouragement of homophobic values & attacks upon gay people, but he is protected by the prejudice towards gay persons which is vigorously upheld by the prejudicial Devon & Cornwall Constabulary

IPCC & the covering up of police criminality & dishonesty

The recent News of the World hacking scandal has cost the jobs of a couple of senior police officers....so far. So now the decorators (the IPCC) have been drafted in to whitewash the police corruption & criminality.

We know from when the Police Complaints Authority was dismantled back in 2004 that the system was deeply flawed and corrupt, but what has replaced it, the Independent Police Complaints Commission is NO BETTER!

The News of the World hacking scandal has rather over shadowed a criminal trial of several police officers in Wales for falsifying evidence against several men who it has been now PROVEN were imprisoned on FALSE EVIDENCE by police.

Well NO SURPRISE THERE in the current climate of commonplace UK police dishonesty, criminality, corruption ....and in the case of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, GROSS HOMOPHOBIA!

Some of us have NOT forgotten how police LIED about their brutal execution of Charles de Menezes in Stockwell tube station, or the lies about Ian Tomlinson's unlawful killing at the G20 protest, or the vile and brutal assault upon Mark Aspinal, a British army Afghan war hero, brutally assaulted & pinned down by three police officers
...all caught on CCTV camera.

...and let us not forget that a Judge slammed the senior police of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary for turning a blind eye to complaints about a police officer accused of rape! Well they could not cover up for that vile copper indefinately who is now in prison serving his sentance....but turn a BLIND EYE to police complaints is EXACTLY what the police DO!

They, police, bully threaten, target & intimidate...as well as try to fit people up on false allegation, those who DARE complain, I KNOW THIS AS A FACT OF MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE!

They, police, are protected elite in a private club, which puts the Al Capone mafia protection rackets to shame as police try to screw more and more out of council tax budgets to fund their arrogant & elitist organisation and cushy pension schemes. That is of course when they are not screwing over the hard pressed motorists in the UK...the easiest target of all for police to bump up their cash coffers

Many Chief constables are actually paid more than the Prime minister of the UK...and that’s before these silver scrambled egg adorned elites get their productivity bonuses for criminalising even more ordinary people.

In a government audit, 80% of people who had complaints against police handled by the IPCC were dissatisfied with the IPCC.

I'm not BLOODY SURPRISED!

The public is being grossly misled that the IPCC investigate...THEY DO NOT!

In most cases the IPCC simply refer the case back to the shoddy police force in question to cover up, er, investigate themselves (please, to investigate would mean ACTUALLY interviewing witnesses against police & examining physical & documentary evidence, which neither the IPCC or the police professional? standards dept. bother to do. I know this a a FACT of personal experience)

As a person who has personally made complaint against the police I know as a FACT!

1. Witnesses against the police are frequently intimidated or not interviewed at ALL!

2. Physical evidence is ignored entirely by police complaint officials

3. Documentary evidence is ignored by police complaint officials (even when it is police documentation)

On top of hostility, prejudice by police towards those who 'dare' make legitimate complaint of police corruption & criminality ....as was pointed out by Lord Prescot recently, a victim himself of police failings!

Due to recent threats & intimidation by police I myself have experienced from Cornwall police, yet again. I will be re-listing & naming, incident by incident Cornwall police officers I KNOW to be dishonest, corrupt & homophobic...and listing the witnesses & evidence which the police professional standards dept. has POINT BLANK refused to examine.

I must admit I have often wondered just what sort of sick person chooses to join an organisation JUST to violate, abuse & victimise people...because I have yet to met a police officer in Cornwall who does not victimise, abuse & violate peoples lives or contribute to that abuse by remaining silent about their dishonest, corrupt & prejudicial actions of their colleagues.

This blog was started & continued due to perjury by the likes of DC Magnus Scott, the blatant lies of Inspector Caroline Coad, the dishonesty of the Middlemore legal team, the refusal to investigate the misconduct of Sgt. Rowe of Helston, the bullying intimidation & homophobia of PC Alexander & colleague, the disgusting behaviour of x3 police officers Flora Day Helston 2006, the blatant homophobia of DC Bob Woods (retired), the malice of DC Anning who withheld my computer, the vileness of the Devon & Cornwall Professional Standards unit who conclude that homophobia by police is quote NATURAL LAW, and Inspector Bolt of Helston (now Camborne)who believes verbal abuse of gay people in the streets is OK as is the malicious spreading of lies that a gay person had HIV/AIDS when they could prove they did not, then there has been the intimidation and threats from the likes of police officers Jago, Stone, & Beckerlegge, the actions of PC Piper CIOS diversity who lied through his teeth about the Cornwall Pride Beach day 2007, and DC Parker who could not be arsed to arrest a person who he admits made a false allegation against a gay person which led (with the help of police misconduct) to the gay person attempting suicide...and the threats & intimidation from COG Middlemore to be quite about police criminality, dishonesty, corruption & homophobia.

ANY gay person niave enough to believe the police are NOT homophobic as an organisation, clearly has not read what the head of the UK Gay Police Association has previously said on the subject!

For me I have come to discover since 2004 POLICE in Cornwall - They ARE the criminals we are warned about!

FACT: In the 22yrs since I came out as a gay man in 1989 I have NOT been charged, I have NOT been prosecuted & I have NOT been convicted of ANY criminal offence in a criminal court of law…but that has NOT stopped these homophobic neo-nazi in police uniforms in Cornwall from trying in TWO serious cases of false allegation which led to attempted suicide, which they the police have later had to admit in writing were false allegation against me!

I came 'out' as a gay man in 1989 (23yrs ago)

I quickly became a gay equality & HIV/AIDS awareness campaigner.

FACT: In 1995 Gay Times magazine did me the honour of naming me in their 200th celebratory edition as my being one of the top 200 gay people in the UK. In 1997 the readership of national LGBT newspaper 'Pink Paper' voted me as one of the 500 people who had most influenced gay life in the United Kingdom. (No 119). In 2007 QueerWest publication named me a person of gay influence in the south west (No.3).

It's little wonder therfore my being so critical of the FACTUAL dishonesty & homphobia I have encountered from so many Devon & Cornwall police officers that they wish to discredit & silence me.

Many will remember how police tried to discredit Charles de Menzes after police had butchered, slaughtered de Menzes in a Stockwell Station tube train & how police have tried to character assasinate police victim Ian Tomlinson after he was 'UNLAWFULLY KILLED' having been beaten to the ground by police thugs attending the G20 protest.

In fact only last week it was revealed that police had been criminally involved in selling information to the News of the World newspaper, which in itself over shadowed the several police officers in Wales on trial for falsifying evidence in a case where the victims of police dishonesty have now been proven...but not until after the victims of that police corruption had spent several years falsely incarcerated in prison.

I rapidly became aware due to the Richard Perry killing (I officiated his funeral), the Terrence Sweet Murder & the Truluswell Falmouth police entrapement of gay men, not to mention an assault carried out against me in 2006 (I finally won that case in court DESPITE the obstruction & homophobia of the vile Cornwall police who has ASSISTED the assailants into a taxi to leave the scene of the assault) of the embeded homophobic attitudes & practises of the Cornwall police....very much on going STILL in 2011.

In 2004 Cornwall police had begun a concerted effort to discredit me as a gay equality campaigner after I had co-organised a forum on 'policing in the gay community'. Due to police reaction the forum had to be relocated.

Since then my home has been raided by police twice & I have been arrested twice!

ON BOTH OCCASSIONS POLICE HAVE LATER HAD TO ADMIT 'NO FURTHER ACTION' & 'NO CRIME' ON MY PART.

However the misconduct of homophobic police officers (DC WOODS, DC ANNING, DC MAGNUS SCOT...and many other dishonest police officers subsequently involved) did result in my attempted suicide.

FACT:
Since I came 'out' as a gay man in 1989 (23yrs ago) I have NOT been charged with any criminal offence. I have not been prosecuted for any criminal offence & in those 23yrs I have NOT been convicted of any criminal offence...and thats a FACT!

FACT:
However, I have been subjected to repeated homophobic attitudes & prejudicial practises of numerous Devon & Cornwall police officers, which neither the IPCC or the professional standards unit have bothered to interview witnesses or examine the physical evidence.

It is because of the FACTS, I know Devon & Cornwall Constabulary remains a deeply dishonest police force in which homophobic attitudes & practises remain protected along with the dishonesty & corrupt practises of the numerous police officers involved.

I welcome contact from investagative journalists interested in the failings & dishonesty of the police complaint system & continued homophobia within Devon & Cornwall police, who simply play lip service to equality & diversity.

More intimidation & bullying from Police!

Once again Devon & Cornwall police have tried intimidation & bullying to prevent me from blogging the TRUTH about homophobic incidents carried out by Cornwall police officers since 2004.

Contary to misinformation circulated by police, these incidents have NOT been investigated. Since witnesses & documentation have NOT been interviewed or examined.

I have been instructed by Cornwall police to close my blog & youtube channel by the 15th of July....or else!

...and people wonder why we classify rapists, murderers & the homophobic Cornwall police officers we have encountered & can name, all in the same category.

What does one do when homophobic attitudes in the Devon & Cornwall police (who tried 'unsuccessfully' to prosecute me for my art in 2004, driving me to an attempted suicide) influence sycophants in local LGBT groups (like Cornwall Pride) to discriminate against local gay artists to appease their sponsors (like the homophobic Cornwall police) by banning exhibition & display of pagan & male nude sculpture.

Having had a member of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary Independent Advisory group describe my sculptures as 'Sexually Disturbing'

The Cornwall police IAG describing my sculptures as 'Sexually Disturbing' is quite ironic & a bloody cheek given my knowledge by his admission of the IAG of 'his' membership, trawling & picking up casual sex partners off a deviant sex website, devoted too Sadomasochism, Bondage, Fisting & practises involving human bodily waste.

>...No wonder the devon & Cornwall police IAG member has ignored the police cover up of the catalogue of homophobic incidents involving named Cornwall police officers if Cornwall police are seemingly paying with a back hander for him to jaunt off to gay pride events around the country (probably at tax payer expence).

I'm still seething at the attempt by Cornwall police to have me mentally assessed in order to discredit my reporting the uninvestigated incidents of Cornwall police homophobia. Well that backfired on the homophobes in neo-Nazi blue of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.

I'm deemed 'Logical & rational', the conclusion of the medical professionals, but traumatised by the actions of the police against me.

Damn right I'm traumatised by the perjury of the likes of DC Magnus Scott, the blatant lies of Inspector Caroline Coad, the dishonesty of the Middlemore legal team, the refusal to investigate the misconduct of Sgt. Rowe of Helston, the bullying intimidation & homophobia of PC Alexander & colleague, the disgusting beghaviour of x3 police officers Flora Day Helston 2006, the blantant homophobia of DC Bob Woods (retired), the malice of DC Anning who withheld my computer, the vileness of the Devon & Cornwall Professional Standards unit who conclude that homophobia by police is quote NATURAL LAW, and Inspector Bolt of Helston (now Camborne)who belives verbal abuse of gay people in the streets is OK as is the malicious spreading of lies that a gay person had HIV/AIDS when they could prove they did not, then there has been the intimidation and threats from the likes of police officers Jago, Stone, & Beckerlegge, the actions of PC Piper CIOS diversity who lied through his teeth about the Cornwall Pride Beach day 2007, and DC Parker who could not be arsed to arrest a person who he admmirts made a false allegation against a gay person which led (with the help of police misconduct) to the gay person attempting suicide...and the threats & intimidation from COG Middlemore to be quite about police crimnality, dishonesty, corruption & homophobia. SCUM!

No, the dishonest lying scum in Devon & Cornwall Constabulary ARE every single bit the HOMOPHOBIC scum they have always been & not to be trusted, ANY OF THEM.

Its not just in the execution (murder?) of Brazilian electritians at Stockwell Tube Station, or the unlawfull killing (murder?) of newspaper seller Ian Tomlinson, or the brutal assault upon Mark Aspinall by x3 thugs in police uniform & receipt of police pay...that most police officers seem to routinely break the law &violate the lives of UK residents.

One probably only needs to be one of three things to qualify to be a Devon & Cornwall police officer (1) A racist (2) A misogynist or (3)A homophobe.
