Devon Cornwall Police Authority record police blackmail allegation

An allegation of 'BLACKMAIL' has been recorded by Devon & Cornwall Police Authority AGAINST Devon & Cornwall Constabulay Chief Officer Group, following details being passed to the Police Authority by the IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission).

Details of the multiple complaints were also sent to Her Majesties Inspectorate of Constabularies & The Human Rights Commission.

This follows on from Devon & Cornwall Police Professional Standards Unit completely ignoring complaints of homophobic police actions & Hate Crimes...the police referring in writing to gay hate crimes as 'Natural Law'.

The following are just 'some' of the Devon & Cornwall police officers I personally categorically know to be untrustworthy and/or dishonest and/or prejudicial towards gay people and willing to contibute by failure of 'duty of care' to the covering up of criminal misconduct & homophobic practises as routinely carried out in my experience & KNOWLEDGE by other fellow officers I have previously named & identified.

Cornwall Police justify homophobia & gay hate crime as ‘Natural Law’.

Cornwall police have in a letter received from their Professional Standards dept. justified homophobic anti-gay misconduct, criminal conduct & dishonesty as carried out by named & identified Cornwall police officers towards & against gay people as..."Natural Law”

A quick reminder of "Natural Law” in relation to anti-gay acts against gay persons

• ‘Natural Law’ used in paragraph 175 of the Nazi penal code to justify the arrest & imprisonment of approx. 100,000 gay people. 10,000 of which were sent to the Nazi death camps. (see link)

• ‘Natural Law’ used by the Catholic Church to justify prejudice towards gay people. In Roman Catholicism, homosexual acts are considered contrary to natural law and sinful (see link), homosexual desires are considered "disordered" by the Catholic church. (NB: Homosexuality is NOT considered a mental disorder by any reputable western health organisation)

• ‘Natural Law’ has been used to justify homophobic hate crime attacks or ‘gay panic defence’, sometimes known as "Portsmouth defense" or the "guardsman's defense" for those who went queer bashing. (see link)

• ‘Natural Law’ is currently being used by Ugandan authorities to justify attempts to introduce the DEATH PENALTY for gay people

…and now Devon & Cornwall Constabulary Professional Standards Unit are attempting to use ‘Natural Law’ to justify reported criminal & dishonest acts carried out against gay persons by named & identified Cornwall police officers.

Be of NO DOUBT the greatest risk to the health & well being of a gay person in Cornwall is still corrupt continued protected homophobic attitudes & practises within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, under the command of Chief Constable Stephen Otter.
