Devon & Cornwall Constabulary have continued to keep up their homophobic motivated vendetta since 2004 with no end in sight. See video below!

Yesterday was my birthday.

So I am older, but no wiser, but do have greater knowledge almost every week of the continued homophobic, corrupt & dishonest values of Devon & Cornwall police.

Last week I received further threatening letters from Devon & Cornwall police & I’ve also learned that a dear friend, (an x-partner) is seriously ill & about to start chemo.

The same x-partner, who used to be in the armed forces, stationed in Cornwall & lived with me, but who police (DC Magnus Sco*t) denied in his corrupt & dishonest statements even existed.

Yes, the very same police officer who under oath in court denied I had taken a homeless youth to police (even though we have receipt for the police interview under caution which police deny). Devon & Cornwall police continue with threatening & attempted blackmail letters to cover up for this vile dishonest homophobic & corrupt police officer (amongst many dishonest police officers I can also name & identify)

DC Magnus Sco*t & Social Worker Jim Walte*s over a month later visited the youth and interviewed him again in the presence of my pensioner mother, myself & one of my mothers tenants (J Smi*h).

This interview initially unbeknown to me tape recorded by the tenant Mr J Smi*h. The Police & Social Worker attempted to blackmail (on tape) the youth by threatening to withhold statutory assistance from him. Cornwall police have point blank repeatedly refused to investigate the misconduct of both DC Sco*t & J Walte*s.

I initiated an ombudsman complaint against local Cornwall authorities which was handed back to Cornwall social services to investigate themselves, who blamed entirely the youth himself for abuse & violence he had previously suffered in his family home, the violent bullying he had received in school & the violence he encountered whilst homeless living rough on the streets as a child.

(NB: A homeless 17yr old youth Lorna May recently died this year 2011 when similarly failed by authorities in Cornwall: As reported in West Briton/Cornish Guardian newspaper)

DC Magnus Sco*t, (based at Camborne) a police officer I categorically know & would testify in court to be dishonest, corrupt & homophobic, this police conduct instigating a catalogue of violence & abuses against myself & other gay persons.

• Following police speaking to the mother of a bisexual 17yr old youth (D Tres*ider) whom I employed (D Tres*ider was the sexual partner of an openly gay student, S Re*d whom I also employed), the mother (T Tres*ider) as a result of police deliberate malice & misinformation began telling people I had HIV/AIDS. NB. The college chose which students they sent for work placement in my business),

• A video shown to 16/17yr old student staff on a rainy day (The 15 certificate comedy THE BIRDCAGE staring Robin Williams & Gene Hackman) DC Magnus Sco*t deemed this as ‘sexual grooming’ because I am gay & it was gay themed, was according to DC Sco*t a porn film. It is not, it is a 15certificate comedy of some favourable repute made in 1996, but clearly illustrates embedded homophobic attitude of Cornwall police towards all things gay.

• In 2004 DC Magnus Sco*t also claimed in statements that a very small novelty rubber ‘willy’ key ring chosen by 16yr old (S Re*d) for his 17yr old bisexual boyfriend (D Tres*ider) as a Secret Santa gift Christmas 2003, was ‘Sexual Grooming’. This showed the total disregard & homosexual contempt to the ‘by then’ lawful relationship between S, Re*d (16) & D. Tres*ider (17) and commonplace prejudice by Cornwall police to the ‘equal age of sexual consent’ for gay persons introduced in law in 2001.

Encouraged by police disinformation & malicious instigation, the mother (T Tres*ider) screamed homophobic abuse at me in the streets in front of a witness (J Smi*h). This torrent of abuse & false allegation of HIV+, followed my having been supportive of her bisexual son (D Tres*ider) by my arranging for him to get professional advice & help via the GU Clinic, Cornwall Share & Kerrier Housing dept. due to serious concerns at domestic violence the student Tres*ider stated had taken place in his family home.

Also (my having lost a partner to HIV/AIDS) I had grave concern regarding aspects of the students expressed sexual conduct & activity he informed me of with his then boyfriend (S Re*d) & also a under consensual age girlfriend (J Pasc*e). I also raised concerns as to the students’ welfare with the College work placement liaison, but to no avail.

I also myself raised concerns with the student regarding his mother, Mrs Tres*ider facilitating (her provision of condoms) specifically for her son sexual activity (as he informed me) with his underage consensual age girlfriend. (When collecting him for work at his then home I had observed on more than one occasion his ‘under consensual age’ girlfriend in her underwear in the students mothers flat, the underage girl having slept overnight in the students bedroom, with the students’ mother’s full knowledge, approval…. & her provision of condoms). Reported to police, they are not interested!

Police have repeatedly chosen to ignore reported underage sexual relationships of actual persons involved, (including reported but ignored by police, sexual relationship of (S Read) with a 15yr old youth). There is also a male rape incident not reported to police due to the rape victim’s experience as an adult gay man of repeated police hostility & prejudice towards him as gay person in Cornwall.

Cornwall Police would clearly rather bully, intimidate & victimise any gay outspoken dissident critic of police by gay equality & HIV/AIDS campaigners with experience & knowledge of police homophobia, as repeatedly and relentlessly carried out by Cornwall police officers since 2004.

…and still Devon & Cornwall police point-blank refuse to investigate the catalogue of abuses, crimes, perjury & failures by police to actually up hold the law…. instead they continue to chose to cover up police homophobia, misconduct & their criminality

…but that’s just what vile police DO in Cornwall. HOMOPHOBIC SCUM!

Finally, at last, a judge has taken pop at the corruption & dishonesty within the DEVON & CORNWALL police for covering up complaints by the public against police officers.

In this recent case Senior DEVON & CORNWALL police chiefs were in affect covering up for a police officer accused of RAPE.

Perhaps people will start to believe me now that Devon & Cornwall police corruptly cover up complaints against the police

I know personally from bitter experience how police in Devon & Cornwall dishonestly cover up for the criminal & dishonest misconduct of their mates.

Just in the last few weeks Devon & Cornwall police have stepped up their homophobic motivated vendetta of intimidation, bullying & threats against me.

Police are demanding I have my blog & youtube channel removed because I highlight complaints against the police which they REFUSE to investigate with honesty, integrity or impartiality.

COG Devon & Cornwall Police Senior police have threatened me that they will publicly reveal I have a criminal record from 23yrs ago if I don't stop my blogging & youtube videos.

A viscious little attempt at blackmail on the part of the scum at Devon & Cornwall police, but I have ALWAYS mentioned in my blog intro that I served six months in prison back in 1988, over 23yrs ago.


It was 23yrs ago & I have not been charged, prosecuted or convicted of any criminal offence since...DESPITE the homophobic motivated attempts by police to do so on what they have had to admit were false allegation.

The police vendetta & homophobia started in 2004(18yrs later) after I made a complaint against a DC Bob Woods...and relentless police intimidation, threats, corruption, dishonesty, perjury & criminal conduct by Cornwall police has just continued relentlessly since then, resulting twice my attempting to take my own life as a direct result of police pursuit of what were later admiited by police as false allegations against me.

History repeats itself with Cornwall Authority failings for homeless youth but with dire consequence. This recent tragic story of a 17yr old homeless youth who died in Jan 2011 and was obscenely failed by Cornwall’s authorities, follows upon my own experience of incompetent, abusive, prejudicial, dishonest, homophobic & downright shameful misconduct of belligerent, arrogant, corrupt & dishonest Cornwall Social Services & Cornwall police towards homeless youth …and towards gay persons.

…and Cornwall authorities cannot say they were not advised of the abysmal situation of Cornwall’s Social Services & Police shoddy pathetic unprofessional approach to youth homelessness in Cornwall as we flagged up their belligerent & hostile attitudes towards youth homelessness in Cornwall in 2005.

Ofsted condemned Cornwall Social Children’s Service a few years later, like that has made the slightest difference in the way Cornwall authorities police & social services victimise & abuse vulnerable homeless youngsters who they let down again and again and again by so-called professionals who quite frankly don’t give a Sh*t about young people in Cornwall.

THERE IS NOT ONE POLICE OFFICER IN CORNWALL I WOULD TRUST given the protected homophobic values & willingness by Cornwall police to dishonestly commit corruption to intimidate & prejudice gay people as I have personally witnessed & experienced in Cornwall.

The GOOD news is the youth in the above video, who is now 21yrs old, despite abuse, intimidation, threats, bullying & refusal by police to take statements from him regarding police abuses from homophobic Cornwall police (and their vile lackeys even in some gay groups like Healthy Gay Cornwall, Intercom Trust & Cornwall Pride) is alive and well, and still a tenant of his pensioner landlady (my mum) . The youth has been driven twice from Cornwall by the homophobic scum in Cornwall police but each time has returned to my mothers home where he feels safe.

One day we can only hope there may be an honest investigation into abuses carried out by DC Magnus Scott and other members of this vile deeply homophobic Devon & Cornwall police & Cornwall Social Services, until then Cornwall police & social services will CONTINUE to contribute through their institutionally protected prejudice & discrimination at Truro County Hall & Middlemore Police HQ to Suicides & deaths of both homeless & gay people in Cornwall.

One now x-copper, who now worksd for the loathsome Intercom Trust tried to obstruct my submitting several case studies of homeless lgbt youth & homophobic attitudes in Cornwall, to a Cornwall County Council enquiry. Mind you the same copper told mre in emails to quote: 'Be quite about complaints of police homophobia'

Lets not forget Cornwall police even wrote to the former partner of a suicide victim (both of whom were personal friends of mine) in Cornwall following police contact shortly before his death, police expressing intent to prosecute the suicide victim AFTER he had taken his own life!

Oh, and don’t forget Lib Dem Andrew George Mp would not lift a bloody finger to help the homeless 15yr old Cornish youth as ‘Georgie babes’ was far to busy lining his own pockets & filling out his own Mp expense claim forms!

The outcome of the case in 2005 in the total absence of ANY Cornwall authority assistance to a homeless 15yr old youth in 2005 was Judge Rucker (in my experience a rampant homophobe) said help by concerned members of the public assisting homeless youth in Cornwall was and I quote: ‘grossly irresponsible’…..
..he added campaigning for equality (in law) for gay people was and I quote: ‘Evangelical Prosletizing’ such was the depth of this judges prejudice towards gay persons he expressed

…but then that was said in the process of covering up gross misconduct & failings of homophobic, corrupt & dishonest police & social workers involved, who had intimidated witnesses, suppressed evidence & witness statements & committed perjury in Court. Nothing I would not testify too!

…and here a few years later we now have a DEAD Cornish homeless youth and I have absolutely NO DOUBT in my mind given personal experience of Cornwall Social Services & Cornwall police, that they are ultimately responsible for contributing considerably to the death of this youngster!

NB: Cornwall police are desperate to cover up the continued DEEPLY entrenched homophobic practises & prejudicial attitudes protected by Senior officers of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary by intimidation & threatening action against me…just like they threatened legal action unless I DESTROYED evidence I was requested to submit to a Human Rights Enquiry into institutional abuses.

I received a personal letter of thanks from Dame Nuala O'Loan DBE, chair of the British Equality & Human Rights Commission, for my written & verbal evidence requested & submitted to the UK governments enquiry into Institutional Human Rights discrimination towards gay people in 2008. Evidence which Devon & Cornwall COG have tried & continue to try to destroy with threats, bullying & intimidation.

I’ve received yet another message from yet another Cornwall Pride Supporter, this time telling me what my deceased former gay partner (who died of HIV/AIDS) would have wanted.

I was one of several hundred who took a solemn oath at my former partners funeral to combat prejudice & discrimination against HIV sufferers & gay people...well I’ve continued to faithfully adhere & keep that promise for the past 14 years.

This vile Cornwall Pride supporter went on to tell me her friend claimed to have cared for my x-partner.

Funny, nobody else was there when he lost bowel control three, four, five times a night and I used to have to carry him to the bathroom when he weighed less than 5.5 stone, a mere bag of bones, to wash & bath him,...and it was a privilege & an honour to do so.

He allowed NOBODY else but me to clean his teeth, wash his hair or cut his finger & toenails, when he was too weak physically to do so himself.

Funny, nobody else was there when he cried & sobbed into my shoulder, when his kidneys failed and he was passing pure blood

Funny I don’t remember anyone there when I held him tight, when he was scared, cried & wept, telling me he did not want to die

...Or anyone else being there when I smuggled one of our dogs puppies into Truro hospital isolation room to cheer him up as he was so depressed, he was convinced he was going to die in that bleak hospital isolation room. He cheered up immediately & came out of hospital a few days later.

...and when the violence & hate was reported to the Camborne police, that bunch of uniformed homophobes stated….”What do you expect, your gay & have AIDS”….and police did nothing about the REPORTED petrol poured through the front door or the dog excrement put through our letter box!!

This is sadly STILL the abysmal & prejudicial standard of the homophobic Devon & Cornwall police when reporting homophobic incidents in 2011 some 14years later

I don’t remember anyone else being there when Andy went blind & local Cornish youth stoned him for having HIV...as police would do nothing Andy's cousin, a youth himself sorted out the homophobic Cornish youth responsible, two of whom were police officers son's, funny that.

...or when our house was under siege from the locals from the pub, throwing stones & bottles at the house. Also the graffiti homophobic & HIV hate messages on our car.

I remember well BBC reporter Justin Lee sitting in our back garden when the ombudsman victory against the homophobes of Kerrier Council was announced for 'Maladministration with malice' against my partner

Very few were supportive when gay men at the local gay club SPAT on him for daring to visit the local gay club when blind & living with HIV. Very much the same mentality then as I have encountered today amongst some members & supporters of Cornwall Pride..(including those who have made death threats against me)

…and nobody else was there the night he died in my arms.

There was only one other person beside me when I took Andy’s ashes with me to Cornwall County Hall enquiry to continue Andy’s posthumous complaint against Cornwall Council & Nigel Druce, the dispised director of Cornwall Social Services for failure to deliver statutory services to Gay HIV/AIDS sufferers in Cornwall ….AND WE WON!

There was nobody with me when I attended as an independent delegate at Health Conferences in Plymouth & Salisbury, which resulted in my securing immediate affect £50,000/year from Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Health Authority for a gay men’s health project as confirmed to me in writing by Stephen Dorrell the then Health Minister.

Cornwall Police continue to blind eye Homophobic Hate Crime

This week I have been told on the internet “Faggots must die”, “ Gay Genocide was the right idea by Hitler”

Even more personal messages & directed at me “…when me and my family find you your having it…you sick cunt" this message from the family of a person who police have ADMITTED in writing made a serious FALSE ALLEGATION against me, but police can’t be arsed to prosecute them

…and from Cornwall Pride supporters the DEATH THREAT which Simon Davies wrote I “must be silenced”!

Since the ONLY way one can really silence someone is to kill them, I & others have taken this as a death threat given the catalogue of previous assaults & violence directed against me at the instigation of Cornwall police

…but that’s all perfectly OK according to Devon & Cornwall police!

Bear in mind this follows:-
* Two separate incidents of physical assault upon me (one of which I won in court DESPITE hostility & opposition from the police, who ASSISTED the assailants into a taxi to leave the scene of the assault upon myself & another who needed hospital treatment)
* My vehicles being smashed up on my own property (Cornwall police did not treat this seriously either!)
* An attempted Fraud against me (I was supported by the chair of a charitable trust, a solicitor & the executor of an estate will ALL who were witnesses to the attempted fraud)
* An attempted Extortion (Police REFUSED to even interview a gay male eye witness to the attempted extortion)
* There is a catalogue of former threats of Physical violence & a previous Death Threat (made by a Cornwall Pride supporter)
* A women who screamed homophobic abuse in the street & who spread the malicious rumour I had HIV/AIDS ( I do not)…was deemed in writing by Inspector Bolt of Camborne police station as being ok and NOT harassment of me as a gay person
* A tenant of the house has been previously threatened in writing as a gay person with having his legs & jaw broken (That verbal assailant did receive a police caution, but only because we relentlessly kept pursuing it)

Not to mention two incidents of false serious allegation made against me (The police have admitted these were FALSE ALLEGATIONS against me in writing & in court), but resulting in my attempted suicide DIRECTLY as a result of Cornwall Police homophobic conduct & attitudes.

PLUS: Given that in the past I have experienced petrol being poured through the front door & dog excrement (Cornwall Police did not want to know on that occasion either, even though there was a blind, disabled & terminally ill person living in the house at the time of the threatened/attempted arson attack)

So I take written DEATH THREATS pretty seriously

Despite this Cornwall police CHOOSE to do nothing about gay victims of crime due to the inherent homophobic attitudes PROTECTED within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary by senior police officers like Chief Constable Stephen Otter & Asst. Chief Constable S Taylor, both who have been sent volumes of information, names of witnesses, hard copy evidence & statements of crimes & dishonesty by CORNWALL police officers, but chosen to ignore it !

After FOUR attempts in reporting the latest DEATH THREAT by Cornwall Pride supporters I was finally given a Crime ref. no yesterday by Police Professional Standards, who (in theory) now have to investigate threats made by Cornwall Pride supporters against me, also the belligerent attitude of constabulary call centre operators & worthless police officers involved (PC May). Now there is a police budget cut saving straight away, shed this totally useless copper!

Devon & Cornwall Constabulary IAG also have read the written abusive statements by Cornwall Pride supporters (since removed from FB, but we have hard copies) and expressed disgust both at threats made against me by Cornwall Pride supporters & hostile police attitude towards crimes against gay persons.

Unfortunately there is a large contingent within Cornwall Pride (even within the Pride Committee) who actively have supported verbally through misinformation & in sentiment, the crimes against myself, my elderly mother & other members of our household

...but nobody in this household is holding their breath expecting an honest investigation or outcome by police for yet more homophobic attacks originally instigate by Cornwall police officers since 2004 when DC woods, DC Magnus Scot & DC Anning started this homophobic vendetta, & aided by numerous dishonest & homophobic Cornwall police officers since.
