Homophobic Cornwall Police put the boot in...AGAIN!

Yesterday my dear old dog 'CJ' died. He was my former partner Andies dog. Andy died of an HIV/AIDS related condition in 1996. Funny, when we reported the death threats, hate mail, petrol & dog shit through the letter box...to police back in the 1990's they did NOTHING..."What do you expect..your gay & have AIDS' was the Devon & Cornwall police responce to an attempted arson (potentially murder of two gay persons)..but thats the homophobic scum in Cornwall police for you!


Well NOTHING has changed with the homophobic attitudes & practises of the scum in the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary in 2011.

As many of my readers & friends know, I am a virtual prisoner in my own home due to & following years of relentless homophobic police action against me. This police vendetta over the past 7 years lead directly & resulted in my attempting suicide. I now suffer from a form of Agoraphobia (resulting in heart attack like panic attacks).

I genuinely dispise the widespread corruption, criminality & protected homophobic practises & attitudes I have observed & witnessed in the Devon & Cornwall constabulary in recent years.

Such corrupt officers as Ast. Chief Constable S Taylor, who despite having been briefed by others beside me...turns a police blind eye to the protected homophobia & criminal activities of police officvers in the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary. Rapists & Murderers are more honest than the majority of police officers I have encountered.

However, this year I was (note the word... 'was') determined to break the cycle of fear & police oppression...and I managed (twice) since the New Year to walk to the next village without a careeer escort.

Yesterday, having buried my dog in the morning, Peter (my volunteer career witness escort) & I went to visit professional mold makers with a view to getting some of my pagan & male sculptures into production this year. On the way back...we were picked up by representatives of the Neo-nazi homophobic Devon & Cornwall police.

Seems I cannot even walk on a sunny day through my isolated Cornish village with a volunteer career witness escort without encountering harrasement & intimidation from members of this homophobic organisdaton, the Devon & Cornwall police.

An hour long-ish interregation followed being picked up. During which police eventually admitted that it was being secret camera recorded, so I took the opportunity to mention AGAIN the corruptly suppressed witness statements regarding police criminal acts (Namely DC Magnus Scott), the suppressed video tape (The DISHONEST LYING Inspector Caroline Coad of Helston). I also mentioned the refusal by police to aknowledge their OWN police documentation (signed by PC Fuller, prooving DC Magnus Scot (To my knowledge a viscious & very nasty homophobic police officer!)committed perjury in Crown Court...but just like every corrupt, dishonest, criminal homophobic c*nt in the Devon & Cornwall constabulary...these coppers did not want to know about criminal & homophobic misconduct carried out by police officers chums.

So had these POLICE come to actually do something about:-
~ The violent assault upon me & the police who assisted the assailants...NO!
~ The smashing up of my vehicles...NO!
~ The Death threats & threats of physical violence....NO!
~ The attempted fraud against me....NO!
~ The attemmpted extortion against me....NO!

Then surely the police had come to do something about the police aknowledged in writing FALSE allegation made against me....NO!

NO WONDER THAT A MOTHER & HER DISABLED DAUGHTER COMMITTED SUICIDE IN THAT BURNING CAR...THEY BECAME THE VICTIM TARGET OF POLICE FOR DARING TO REPORT CRIMES AGAINST THEM...and God knows I empathise & understand how THAT feels, being a gay victim of countless crimes, instigated by the homophobic c*nts in the Devon & Cornwall police.

No, yesterday ... was the usual homophobic intimidation & bullshit principals upon which this Devon & Cornwall police force is based...anti-gay intimidation!

We now anticipate yet further police interferrance & obstruction to my trying to getting my sculptures into production (lets face it homophobicc Cornwall police destroyed my paintings & art business previously...despite that police HAD to admit in court & IPCC enquiry there was NOTHING illegal about my art).

In 2011. When I see any Cornwall based police officer I KNOW I AM LOOKING AT A MEMBER OF A HOMOPHOBIC ORGANISATION...the SCUM of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary!

You have to ask yourself what sort of twisted sick evil person joins an organisatiuon like the police to deliberately inflict bullying, intimidation & emotional violence upon gay people & destroy their lives...but THAT is EXACTLY what the majority of todays police still do..in 2011!

Good News..the bigoted homophobic Christians at Marizion, Nr Penzance were found guilty of discrimination recently...If I were the two gay men who won I'd seriously be watching my back from homophobic police retaliation if I were them.

Well here we are in a New Year 2011 & by all accounts we are being warned by Tweedle Cameron & Tweedle Clegg to expect a period of austerity & severe financial hardship. Funny, I have been experiencing that ever since Cornwall police (DC Woods, DC Scott & DC Anning, etc.) started their homophobic vendetta against me in 2004 and destroyed my legitimate & lawful businesses.

Over Christmas I heard from a number of Gay people who used to live in Cornwall. I asked if any of them intend coming back to Cornwall to live?
Three reasons were given why NONE of them intended to moving back to Cornwall

1. Can’t get decent paid jobs in Cornwall
2. The Homophobic attitudes of Cornwall’s authorities (Esp. Police & Cornwall Council)
3. Can’t afford housing in Cornwall

Most enlightened gay people I have contact with seem to acknowledge there is a huge massive gulf between the ‘spin’ put out by senior police about ‘equality & diversity’…and the actual reality of how the Neo-nazi, BNP sympathising average UK copper actually thinks & responds too (targets) gay people, (as well as continued police negativity towards disabled people & those of an ethnic non Caucasian white protestant, non-Masonic origin)

For me personally, just before Christmas there were further adverse affects felt as a result of continued Devon & Cornwall police homophobia against me & those around me …as this vile Cornwall police instigated homophobic vendetta rumbles on into its 7th year.

Surprise, I did not get a Christmas card from Devon & Cornwall police, I did however get a letter just before Christmas stating they (police) had now completed their investigation of (some) of the complaints reiterated to them yet again in 2010. The FACT that these complaints have been made year on year & added too as result of further dishonest police misconduct, but completely buried & ignored, is the benchmark of this very corrupt Devon & Cornwall police force!

Cornwall police are really fantastic (NOT) as they seem to have managed to complete an investigation WITHOUT INTERVIEWING ANY WITNESSES AGAINST THEM …AMAZING!

(Although I heard that a member of the police IAG (who is also a witness to various incidents, police misrepresentations & police untruths (in other words police lies) made by police against gay people over a period of years) did make some recommendations.

Nobody I know is holding their breath in anticipation of any integrity, honesty, impartiality, or competence by Cornwall police, just another shovel full of police bullshit & lies we have become so used too from senior police officers like ASST Chief Constable S. Taylor & Insp. C. Coad.

How senior police just love to cover up dishonest, criminal & homophobic practises of their vile homophobic police chums in Cornwall!

They have of course COMPLETELY & CORRUPTLY ignored the FACT that police documentary evidence was produced (in the interview in Feb/March of 2010…a video tape which the police are still suppressing) in the form of a ‘police receipt’ for a police tape recorded interview which the lying homophobic scum of Devon & Cornwall police by them committing perjury in Crown Court in 2006, they denied the interview in 2005 ever took place…despite the police OWN documentary evidence, (signed by PC Fuller of Helston) that it did take place…yes, DC MAGNUS SCOT of Camborne CID is a LYING, HOMOPHOBIC, DISHONEST, CORRUPT police officer…in common with the vast majority of NAMED & IDENTIFIED Cornwall police officers I have encountered in Cornwall willing too & who have assisted, in what decent ordinary people would consider as CRIMINAL conduct by this lowlife police officer & his corrupt Devon & Cornwall Constabulary buddies!

Now there is a financial saving to be made in the police budget…GET RID OF THE KNOWN NAMED & IDENTIFIED DISHONEST & HOMOPHOBIC officers in the Cornwall police force…I can assist & help by providing a list of named & identified police officers, yes I’m talking about the likes of Insp. Bolt, Sgt Rowe, DC Scott, DC Anning, DC Stone, DC Crowe, PC Tar, DC Parker, Insp. Eastern, etc. etc.

But then the British public are becoming quite used to & complacent about police in the UK BUTCHERING people (shooting barristers, beating down newspaper salespersons, Ian Tomlinson, & killing execution style unlucky Brazilian electricians, Charles De Menezes) so what’s a little dishonest Cornwall criminal police corruption compared to the way UK police now get away with BEATINGS & even KILLING people…and then the senior officers in charge of these KILLINGS get promotion & even mentioned in honours lists, now that is just sick, but exactly what happened!

UK Police make a complete MOCKERY of the concept of British Justice & fair play which is rapidly devolving into no more than a Hans Anderson fairy story. Once upon a time, long, long ago Britain was considered a fair & just place where people were naive enough to actually ‘trust’ police officers…weren’t we the damn bloody fools!

Trust the police…not anymore! Police in the UK have the gutter morals of a Mafia protection racket, funded from endless tax exploitation through the Council Tax system, which yet again the greasy police funding ladle is fully dipped in this gravy train and is to be draining householders at a greater rate than annual inflation…yet again!

I think as people feel the financial bite of 2011 Government austerity measures & beatdowns against the powerless ordinary people & the disenfranchised in the UK through measures most people can see & realise are designed to ultimately protect the wealthy elite & bankers bonuses…and in this environment the slavering pack dogs in the form of police will get away with more & more atrocities against ordinary people…and the traffic cops will be rubbing their hands in joy & glee at the prospect of people hard pressed by economics falling foul of some jobs worth minor traffic offence.

Let’s face it ‘the more money you have the more British ‘justice?’ you can BUY’!

As an x-tin miner, I still remember hearing the ‘boasts’ from police officers who got fat off overtime & bonus payments during the Coal Miners strikes, whilst Maggie Thatcher lined the pockets of her cronies & sycophants, and entire mining villages & towns social communities were utterly destroyed. As the 2011 austerity measures bite & people gather to protest…coppers will be planning new cars, extensions & conservatories…out of the overtime payments again!

Its not the ‘boggie man’ of extremist terrorists I fear, (a ploy by security officials to justify excessive erosion of civil rights & to justify? exorbitant pay & bonuses of Senior police chiefs chums) but in reality is a continuous erosion of protection for people by an ineffectual corrupt & criminal….and still deeply HOMOPHOBIC police force in the UK …in 2011

So in 2011 RAPISTS, MURDERERS & Cornwall police officers will still NOT be welcome in our home whilst Chief Constable Stephen Otter continues his practise of covering up for the criminal, dishonest & homophobic scum being protected within the ranks of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary!

…other than that, I’m quite looking forward to 2011
