Recently we have seen the Chief Constable & Deputy Chief Constable resign from the Met police in the News of the World hacking & police corruption scandal. Police in Wales tried for falsifying evidence...rapidly followed by the Chief Constable & his deputy of Cleveland police suspended in a fraud investigation.
Then a few days ago the Met police in London shot dead a man in a taxi.
Typical (I know by personal experience when expressing my concern & complaint of FACTUAL police dishonesty & misconduct) was the arrogant & abusive practise of police. Both the police & IPCC treated the dead man's family like SHIT, (just like they did the Charles de Menzes family & Ian Tomlinson family).
I am in NO DOUBT it was this typical bloody arrogance by police which lead to a peaceful protest by the Duggan family....and then the spark which ignited into appalling rioting & devastation in London in Tottenham.
My own utter frustration at protected police dishonesty & corruption has genuinely left ME feeling in the past like petrol bombing the vile homphobic police in Cornwall...so I can truely relate to the anger of protesters when faced with bilegerence, arrogance, contempt, racisim, dishonesty, criminality & corruption by & within the police, protected & upheld by their simpering lap dog poodle,... the IPCC!
Despite police threats, police intimidation, police bullying, police homophobia & even police instigated violence towards me since 2004, I have been banging on about protected police dishonesty, arrogance & police being a law unto themselves for some time.
If government really truely want to be honest & the authorities really want to know who is to blame for igniting the Tottenham riots...look no further than the disgusting, bullying & intimidating way in which the police AND the IPCC routinely with utter contempt mistreat people with genuine concerns/complaints against police.
So it is also ironic that to me being banned, excluded & ostracised from local Cornwall police influenced LGBT groups in Cornwall that:-
• Two of the Cornwall Pride committee arrested earlier this year in an HM tax fraud investigation ....are treated very differently by Cornwall police
• That another Cornwall pride committee member said to have allegedly been involved in underage porn films (with police involvement/investigation )...is treated very differently by Cornwall police
• That a Devon & Cornwall Constabulary appointed a police advisor who previously was on the Cornwall County Council education & youth services blacklist following allegations made against him back in the early 1990’s of him ‘allegedly’ having sexually abused a youth with severe learning disabilities & below average mental ability in his care...is treated very differently by Cornwall police
FACT.
I came out as a gay man in 1989.
In those 22years as an OUT gay man…
I have NOT been charged,
I have NOT been prosecuted,
and I have NOT been convicted of ANY criminal offence in a Criminal court of law.
FACT!
• I have been named as one of the top 200 gay people in the UK by Gay Time’s magazine for my gay equality & HIV/AIDS campaigning!
• I have been voted by the readership of the national LGBT newspaper ‘Pink Paper’ as one of the 500 people who had historically influenced gay life in the UK
• I have been voted in ‘Queerwest’ publication a person of influence in the gay southwest population
• I have been the editor & publisher of a local LGBT newsletter with a polled readership in excess of 1,000 persons
BUT I have also been targeted relentlessly & repeatedly since 2004 by corrupt, dishonest, prejudicial & DEEPLY, DEEPLY homophobic attitudes & practises of the homophobic Devon & Cornwall Constabulary & their simpering crony sycophants in the gay population!
The difference is as a gay equality campaigner for over two decades 'I' do not simper and faun to this bloody disgusting corrupt, bullying, dishonest & homophobic Devon & Cornwall police force which has infiltrated & adversely influenced gay groups & organisations in Cornwall!
So it’s no wonder that a gay person of my acquaintance when a gay man from Cornwall recently attempted to allegedly blackmail him for £10,000 he had to turn to police he knew from a different police force area for help. He quite rightly knew NOT TO TRUST the Devon & Cornwall police on ANY gay subject under ANY circumstance!!!. (in particular CIOS diversity)
This blog was started & continued due to:-
• dishonesty, homophobia & perjury by DC Magnus Scott,
• the blatant lies of Inspector Caroline Coad,
• the dishonesty of the Middlemore legal team by suppressing evidence,
• the refusal to investigate misconduct of Sgt. Rowe of Helston,
• the bullying intimidation & homophobia by PC Alexander & colleague,
• the disgusting behaviour of x3 police officers Flora Day Helston 2006,
• the blatant homophobia of DC Bob Woods (retired),
• the malice of DC Anning who withheld my computer,
• the vileness of the Devon & Cornwall Professional Standards unit who conclude that homophobia by police is quote NATURAL LAW,
• and Inspector Bolt of Helston (now Camborne) who believes verbal abuse of gay people in the streets is OK as is the malicious spreading of lies that a gay person had HIV/AIDS when they could prove they did not,
• then there has been the intimidation and threats from police officers Jago, Stone, & Beckerlegge,
• the actions of PC Piper CIOS diversity who lied through his teeth about the Cornwall Pride Beach day 2007,
• and DC Parker who could not be arsed to arrest a person who he admits made a false allegation against a gay person which led (with the help of police misconduct) to the gay person attempting suicide...
• and threats & intimidation from COG Middlemore to be quite about police criminality, dishonesty, corruption & homophobia.
ANY gay person naive enough to believe police are NOT homophobic as an organisation clearly has not read what the head of the UK Gay Police Association has previously said on the subject!
POLICE = They really, really truely ARE the homophobic criminals we gay people are warned about!
