Thanks to two dear, dear friends, I finally escaped from the suppression of homophobic Cornwall for a few days (despite the snow lying deep & crisp), my first escape from Cornwall in several years.

It was mind blowingly refreshing to vist some National centres of history & culture, like the British Museum, to top up my batteries by soaking up images, sculpture & art of the male form. Something the homophobic phillistines in the Neo-Nazi Devon & Cornwall Constabulary is simply beyond their protected & harbored homophobic anti-male art comprehension.

My hosts were charming a fully understand the oppressive impact & affect upon me in the last six years of multiple criminal homophobic abuse which I have repeatedly encountered from the Cornwall scum police as a gay person.

...and lets not forget Inspector Caroline Coad of Helston police Station LIED through her teeth about my receiving a copy of the six hours of video taped documentation, evidence & witness statement made in Feb/March of this year, naming & identifying numerous corrupt, dishonest, criminal & homophobic Cornwall police officers...which the Cornwall police are still suppressing.

Cornwall Police like Inspector Caroline Coad & others ....are still the HOMOPHOBIC Hate Crime problem.

Devon Cornwall Police to get rid of officers!

The good news! Devon and Cornwall Police are to get rid of 700 officers over the next four years using a small print clause to meet a £47 million budget cut.

Members of Devon and Cornwall Police Authority (DCPA) approved use of a rarely-used pensions rule to compel officers to retire after 30-year standard term of service.

Chief Constable Stephen Otter is reported as having said it was the only option available if the force was to achieve £47 million in cuts by 2015 – £3 million higher than previously estimated.

Whereas some members of the public like myself, believe getting rid of some of the corrupt, dishonest & homophobic Devon & Cornwall police officers members of the public have identified & who we can & would testify against in court would be a far better starting point for clearing some dead wood *(…and low life neo-nazi scum) out of the Devon & Cornwall police system.

Civilian job losses to the Devon & Cornwall police will also be greater than predicted, with a further 75 posts to be cut on top of the 300 already announced. In all, 700 police officers are to be axed, from the force's compliment of 3,500.

But then in my own experience Devon & Cornwall police DO very little for victims of homophobic motivated crime…having personally been assaulted twice, theft from my home, my vehicles smashed up & received death threats & threats of physical violence on a regular basis…WHICH I AM IN NO DOUBT whatsoever Cornwall police instigated & have encouraged due to constant threats & intimidation myself & others have received from some ‘scum’ in the Devon & Cornwall police force along with absolute failure of police to act on these crimes against myself & other gay persons.

The clause – known as Regulation A19 – is to be invoked to cut costs

A report slipped to the Devon & Cornwall police authority showed 100 officers will be forced to retire next year followed by a further 398 by 2015. Another 148 officers who reach the age of 60 over the same period, but have less than 30 years' service, will also go.

Around 60 officers who currently have 30 years service or more are likely to receive 90-day consultation notices early in the New Year and be forced to retire on April 1, April Fools Day, now that is beautifully ironic!

The police authority discussed the forced pension move in secret, allegedly for legal reasons, (and we personally know how the Devon & Cornwall legal team like to cover things up!!!) before voting overwhelmingly to approve it.

Chief Constable Stephen Otter is reported as having told the secret meeting: "A19 will lead to the loss of some very experienced people that we wouldn't have lost," he said. "But there are a lot who would have retired and we would have lost anyway."
Mike Bull, the DCPA chairman, is reported as having added: "The police authority deliberated long and hard but fully supports the constabulary's recommendation to invoke regulation A19.

Pink Pasty comment “Given the known corruption & refusal by Cornwall police to investigate numerous reported cases in recent years of dishonesty, criminal, corruption & homophobia practices of named & identified Cornwall police officers who are seemingly protected & harbored within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary that we are aware off, this pension approach seems an interesting, if peculiar course the police authority have embarked upon...why not just get rid of the police scum they already know about from the public? ”

Still if getting rid off so many Devon & Cornwall police officers helps in anyway in the long term keep the public safer from dishonest & corrupt police officers & recent police violence (police killings) & vile abuses of power, then the public should support this...because dishonesty & corruption within the police could not be much worse...could it?

The almost total LACK of honesty I have encountered amongst police officers (Like DC ANNING, DC PARKER, DC SCOTT, INSP. BOLT. PC TAR, PC, INSP EASTERN, INSP COAD, SGT ROWE, PC CANNON (retired), DC WOODS (retired), Asst Chief Constable TAYLOR, etc. etc.) whom I have encountered or have knowledge of their failure of duty of care in the Devon & Cornwall police force, leaves me wondering if being a dishonest and/or a homophobe is a mandatory term of service for Devon & Cornwall Constabulary under the command of Chief Constable OTTER.

Police, they ARE still the Homophobic Hate Crime problem!
