DEVON and Cornwall police are planning to cut officer numbers by more than five per cent over the next three years. Well thats a positive start!

The proposals were laid out in a report to the Devon and Cornwall Police Authority earlier this year to decide the force’s three-year budget strategy. Yes, the very same sycophantic group (probably in the same square, compass & apron waving lodge?) who have systematically ignored police abuses & criminality carried out by police officers against members of the public in Cornwall for years.

In addition to slashing the police pay bill by £7.6m — equating to around 180 officers from its compliment of 3,500 — plans also include losing another 100 staff posts

BUT Devon & Cornwall police still intend hitting the economically strapped people of Devon & Cornwall by increasing its council tax charge by 4.95 per cent. This, from a Chief Constable (loads of money) who gets paid more than the Prime minister of the UK. Err, yes that’s a fact!

The planned reduction in officers is less than the 300. Chief Constable Stephen Otter had scare mongered that figure that the force might have to lose because of pressure on the public purse caused by the banking crisis.

I personally could probably identify myself 10% of the 300 that need to go, because of my knowledge of their dishonesty, corruption & contribution to continued homophobic attitudes & practices by Devon & Cornwall police! Of course I have reported it…of course Devon & Cornwall Constabulary have suppressed it.

Mr Otter is reported as having said the cuts were based on receiving no increase in Government funding between 2011 and 2013 and yearly but council tax increases of 4.95 per cent.

He stressed resources to ensure the force maintained its “visible and accessible service to communities” while also “protecting people most at risk of harm and keeping people safe”

Funny as someone who has been violently assaulted twice, my vehicles smashed up, thefts from my home, an attempted fraud against me, an attempted extortion against me, death threats & physical threats ALL of which these hate crime abuses were instigated by the homophobic conduct of named & identified Cornwall police officers…I don’t feel very protected or safe as a gay person, and it’s the Neo-nazi homophobic scum Cornwall coppers I don’t feel safe from.

Otter said police officer numbers would be slowly reduced.

What? Why? Come on, let’s speed it up by getting rid of the corrupt, dishonest, criminal homophobic ‘scum bags’ in the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary which members of the public HAVE identified. I can identify at least 30 dishonest, dodgy, corrupt, criminal, and/or homophobic plod in the Devon & Cornwall police and have done so in witness testimony provided to Devon & Cornwall police…Shhhh, only problem is the corrupt buggers are refusing to investigate & are suppressing it despite a Freedom of Information Act request.

A protest that was ALWAYS planned to go past Tory HQ in London. Result, Tory HQ got sacked by 50,000 protesting students. Hmmmm, that almost reads like that was a bad thing?

Was this the Met police way of quietly telling Mr Cameron ‘This is what happens if you dare cut our budget/numbers’?

I have learned today (04/11/2010) via a Devon & Cornwall Constabulary IAG member (Independent Advisory Group to the police), that Devon & Cornwall police simply cannot be bothered to investigate the catalogue of evidence, documentation & witness statements regarding numerous incidents of police dishonesty, corruption, criminality & 'protected' homophobic practises highlighted in public witness evidence provided to them 12th Feb & 22md March 2010.

Yesterday I learned that the so-called Professional Standards police officer ‘supposed’, in theory, to be investigating a string of complaints of dishonest conduct carried out by named & identified Cornwall police officers….has retired.

I then learned that the CORRUPT DEVON & CORNWALL POLICE have decided NOT to investigate the factually provable perjury committed by DC Magnus Scott in Crown Court in 2006. (This dishonest corrupt & homophobic police officer was assisted in his perjury by the dubious Devon & Cornwall homophobic legal team)

This seems to be a common trait of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, where one can PROVE through documentation, computer records or witnesses of police CRIMINAL, dishonest and/or HOMOPHOBIC conduct, then police professional standards unit & IPCC choose NOT to investigate.

Police they really are the criminal homophobic scum of the earth in Cornwall assisted by the IPCC & their chums in police professional standards unit.

In 2005 a homeless gay youth was found living rough on the streets of Helston in Cornwall by members of the Navy. I was asked to assist.

The youth was taken too the police and interviewed ON TAPE by PC Fuller at Helston. It was as a result of taking him to the police that day we learned that Helston police (PC Fuller& PC Treloar) were FULLY aware that this child was homeless, living rough on the streets, but along with Cornwall Social Services (who also knew), Cornwall Education dept. (who also knew) and Cornwall Youth Services (who also knew) had done NOTHING to assist the homeless 15yr old gay youth. ALL these homophobic institutions in Cornwall had abjectly failed in their ‘Duty of care’ towards the homeless youth.

In 2006 I testified in civil Crown Court that the youth HAD been taken to the police in June 2005 & interviewed by police. DC Magnus Scott denied (THAT’S CALLED PERJURY) that the youth had been taken to police in June 2005, claiming it was a month later at his request. The judge believed the homophobic lying dishonest perjury committed by the vile homophobic scumbag DC Magnus Scott & the Devon & Cornwall Police legal team (a hotbed of institutional homophobia if there ever was one).

Despite ALL of the authorities KNOWING the youth was living rough on the streets and doing NOTHING about it, it was the members of the public who DID assist the youth who were condemned by the senile judge as being : quote ‘Grossly Irresponsible’.

The judge clearly of the opinion that :-
(a) homeless people
(b) children
(c) gay youth should NOT receive ANY assistance from the public (or the state)

But then …what can you expect from a right wing evangelical homophobic Christian neo-fascist judiciary which exists in Cornwall!

Well we have since found the written police receipt for the police interview with the youth in June 2005, signed by PC Fuller. So that makes the Devon & Cornwall Police legal team & DC Magnus Scott complete and absolute fucking liars, these police scum who committed perjury in Crown Court! Perjury which Devon & Cornwall police at the highest senior levels are determined to cover up! Yes, I mean corruption at the Chief Constable, Asst. Chief Constable, Superintendent, & Inspector levels, since that is the levels at which this and other police criminal & homophobic conduct is being covered up at since they ALL know and decline to act on Criminal activity carried out by police officers.

It’s not just in the high profile cases like the execution of Charles De Menezes by police, Ian Tomlinson beating & death, Mark Aspinal police assault, Winchester cell beating of a woman, or the execution (& song titles added into police statements just for a laugh by coppers) in the butchering by multiple shooting by police of a barrister!

There is more likelihood of being killed by a UK police officer in the UK than there is by terrorist activity in the UK. Over 1,150 UK residents KILLED by police in police RTI’s, police shootings, in police custody or following police contact since 1993. (source INQUEST organisation)…and NOT ONE SINGLE COPPER PROSECUTED FOR ANY SINGLE ONE OF THE 1,150+ DEATHS!!! That is SCARY, but indicative of the level of protection afforded to UK police who are killers!

We presented the police own documentary evidence receipt regarding the 15yr old youths interview, which police deny (and denied in Court) took place in June 2005, to the police in a video taped witness statement given to two police officers & in the presence of an IAG member on the 12th Feb & 22nd of March 2010. It was a long (over six hours) video interview as there was so much evidence & witness statement to present regarding a catalogue of vile homophobic police incidents, corruption, dishonesty & criminality involving numerous homophobic SCUMBAGS in the employment (still) of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.

There is NO DOUBT or QUESTION in my mind that the single most likely person to commit a homophobic criminal act against me as a gay man….is a police officer!

Now not only have the lying, dishonest, corrupt, homophobic SCUMBAGS of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary gone back on their word to provide a copy of the 6hr video tape witness statement & evidence given against the so many of the criminal, dishonest, corrupt & homophobic police officers concerned (evidence police are now dishonestly suppressing, even refusing a Freedom of Information Act request, that’s the DEPTH of the Devon & Cornwall police dishonesty)…they, Devon & Cornwall Constabulary have decided since we can actually PROVE with the police own documentary evidence of the receipt for the police interview, with the youth in JUNE 2005, signed by PC Fuller, that that lowlife scumbag corrupt police officer DC Magnus Scott actually committed perjury (with the assistance of the police legal team…and in effect assisted by the IPCC who have turned a blind eye to this police corruption) in Crown Court in 2006…the police & IPCC in their complete dishonest homophobic corrupt wisdom are NOT going to investigate this blatant police perjury.

Malicious Homophobic Motivated Allegation

Chief Constable S Taylor, Middlemore Police Headquarters Exeter, who is aware of the continuing problem of homophobic police intimidation via an IAG member (Independent Advisory Group) & the current partial investigation against said corrupt, dishonest & homophobic Cornwall police officers named & identified by witnesses

It is because police officers are currently being investigated that I believe that your dept. is being unwittingly used as part of the continuing process of relentless homophobic discrimination & prejudice as has been targeted at me by Cornwall police officers since 2004.

This relentless Cornwall police homophobic intimidation which has twice led to my attempted suicide following, homophobically motivated police house raids upon my home, arrest on now ADMITTED by police ‘false allegation’, destruction of my lawful & legitimate businesses, death threats, theft from my property, threats of physical violence & intimidation (INCLUDING against my elderly mother & her tenants), assaults, an attempted extortion & blackmail, ALL instigated against me as a direct result of Cornwall police officer instigated homophobic prejudice & discrimination acts.

Each criminal act HAS been reported to the police, who do S.F.A. or NOTHING, so ingrained and protected is homophobic conduct of Cornwall police officers within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary!

There is NOT ONE single police officer in Cornwall I would trust as a gay person due to my multiple experiences & knowledge of continuing police corruption, intimidation, criminality & homophobic practises within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary by known & identified police officers

Had you been allowed or bothered to check my blog it would have been apparent that the blog about which the complaint has allegedly been made to you, is primarily political in campaigning for greater HIV/AIDS & gay equality & not commercial interests. There is NO question or doubt in my mind that the complaint made to your dept. was homophobic & malicious in motivation, and in all probability originates from the continuing corruption & protected homophobic practises within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.

As you correctly observed I have acted lawfully & legally, unlike the homophobe who instigated this investigation, which in effect is a HATE CRIME. .

I have also enclosed prints of the original paintings sold in 2004 (as lawfully declared through my tax returns) which homophobic Cornwall police tried to prosecute me for. It is because these paintings ARE lawful & legal I have them on the zazzle website to demonstrate their legitimacy.

I also enclose a print of the African paintings I painted in 2004 for an African HIV/AIDS charity, which the scum in the Cornwall police prevented the sale of by their homophobic conduct & the ceasing of my computer & art records in 2004. Although I no longer paint due to violent panic attacks which I suffer from following the Cornwall police continuing homophobic vendetta, I still display the paintings through zazzle, which you have received the malicious complaint about.

As I said, it is my belief you are being used by the complaintent in a malicious homophobic motivated act against me as a gay man, and in all likelihood by police officers of the corrupt Devon & Cornwall Constabulary. This Cornwall police induced homophobia & police corruption & dishonesty being the very cause of my attempted suicides & the very reason I am now on medical incapacity benefit.

Cornwall Police Cover up Corruption & Perjury still 2010

(Above: One of my own bronze finish sculpture creations. I still do not paint due to the trauma & adverse affect of six years of relentless police persecution & homophobic practises against me)

...and STILL the dishonest, corrupt homophobic scum, which are the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary are covering up criminal & dishonest practises of police officers!

In 2005 a 15yr old youth was found living homeless on the streets of Helston, Cornwall. He was taken to the police at Helston, he was interviewed 'on tape' by PC Fuller. It was where I ;learned that the police & social services were FULLY AWARE he was living on the streets at 15yrs old and had & were doing NOTHING to assist him! That to me is a gross failure of duty of care by so-called professionals, but homophobia is protected within ALL the institutions & authorities of Cornwall, and equality & diversity given nothing but a thin sheen of 'lip service'.

DC Magnus Scott, then based at Camborne CID (a lying, dishonest, corrupt, homophobic police officer to my factual experience & knowledge) later in 2006 committed perjury in Crown Court. DC Magnus Scott denied the youth was taken to the police (this perjury with the assistance of the Devon & Cornwall Police legal team who suppressed numerous public witness statements).

I testified the youth HAD been taken to police, I was not believed by the homophobic judge (who did not even know when the age of consent became equal for gay persons in Jan 2001 or when the age of an indecent photo was RAISED from 16yrs of age too 18yrs of age in May 2004, but what can one expect from a deeply homophobic judicial system in the UK).

Since then I have found the receipt for the interview the youth gave in JUNE 2005 when he was found by Navy personel living rough. The receipt for the interview signed by PC Fuller of Helston, which the homophobic lying scum Cornwall police denied in Crown Court took place.

I have presented this police documentary evidence in Feb & March of this year (police OWN documentation) to the police along with other documentation, photographs, statements of OTHER further police criminality, dishonesty, failure of duty of care, homophobic attitudes & practises carried out by numerous identified & named Cornwall police officers in over 6 hours of video recorded witness statement....WHICH the corrupt & dishonest Devon & Cornwall Constabulary are suppressing...as seems to be common practise by Devon & Cornwall Constabulary where there is evidence & witnesses with evidence against police officers.

Today I learned that the police are still Declining to investigate this BLATANT PERJURY & CORRUPTION by their own legal team & police officer Magnus Scott & the cast of others helping cover up this police corruption.

Despite my having produced the police OWN documentation proving that the youth HAD been taken to police, as stated by me in Court in 2006 and as DENIED by the lying perjurers scum police, the benchmark of police conduct in my experience in Cornwall...the police have decided to continue to ignore, cover up, suppress this, their own documentary evidence ...and other evidence of THEIR police corruption, criminality & homophobic attitudes and practises in Cornwall.

Now Chief Constable Stephen Otter is FULLY aware of this through the masses of correspondence sent to his office via their police website, as is Asst. Chief Constable S Taylor, but along with a multitude of other Devon & Cornwall police officers are continuing to CONTRIBUTE TO THE CORRUPTION & SUPPRESSION of evidence of police criminality & protected homophobic police practises in Cornwall.

POLICE...they ARE the criminals your parents warned you about. Murderers, Rapists & Cornwall police officers ARE NOT WELCOME in our home.

Since 2004 I have learned to hate, loath & despise the homophobic Cornwall police due to their corruption & dishonesty, protected within this police force by senior officers!
