At last Cornwall police seek decent legal advice

That hot bed of protected homophobic attitudes & practises, the vile Devon & Cornwall Constabulary...are, at LAST seeking decent legal advice which dooes not discriminate, violate, persicute & adversly afffect & penalise the lives of gay persons as have some of the sorry HOMOPHOBIC shower within the Devon & Cornwall legal dept in the last few years.

# When the Devon & Cornwall police found out that a logal LGBT community newsletter was being prodiced in Cornwall, highlighting homophobic incidents & conduct of Cornwall police officers...the homophobic swine at Middlemore HQ threatened legal action to close down the publication. BLOODY POLICE HOMOPHOBES!

# When Devon & Cornwall police found out that the incidents of corrupt, dishonest & homophobic conduct by named & identified Cornwall police officers which they REFUSED to investigate was being posted on the internet & being provided to the Government Audit Office & Human Rights enquiry into institutional discrimination...the homophobic swine at Middlemore HQ threatened legal action unless the EVIDENCE being submitted was destroyed...(it was not). BLOODY POLICE HOMOPHOBES!

# When DC Magnus Scott (from Camborne CID)committed perjury in Crown Court in 2006 with the FULL SUPPORT of the Devon & Cornwall legal team, by claiming a homeless youth had not been taken to the police....and when documentation reciept SIGNED by PC FULLER of Helston was produced for the police tape recorded interview of when the youth WAS taken to police, as stated in Court, but dismissed and LIED ABOUT under oath by DC MAGNUS SCOTT (a dishonest corrupt & homophobic copper responsible for the attempted suicide of a gay man in Cornwall. The DISHONEST & HOMOPHOBIC Devon & Cornwall Constabulary are STILL CORRUPTLY 7 DISHONESTLY suppressing this evidence, along with further evidence of police criminality, corruption & protected homophobic practises within the vile Devon & Cornwall Constabulary....with the seeming blessing of Chief Constable Stephen Otter whose office has been sent again & again the pertinent information regarding the corruption within his own ranks....and completely IGNORED it...how far does the corruption go?....to the top!)

# ...and of course there was the BLATANT lie by a member of the Devon & Cornwall police legal tean in Crown Court regarding numerous public witness statements which the police suppressed from the court & lied about!

So THANK GOD Devon & Cornwall Constabulary are catching up with the C21st and that homosexuality has in fact been decriminalised, and are finaly advertising for a Force Legal Advisor(which I hope & pray will not be as homophobic & prejudicial towards gay people as has been the Middlemore Devon & Cornwall Police legal team to my factual knowledge & experience in recent years)

So Decent, Honest & NON-Homophobic advisor is DESPERATLY required for Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, preferrably not a bloody mason...it would make such a nice change!

Intercom Trust to VICTIMISE more lgbt people?

THIS DISGUSTS ME!

The Intercom Trust is one of the organisations which has REPEATEDLY REFUSED to give assistance or support to gay victims of institutional homophobia in Cornwall, in particular victims of police homophobia. As a gay man, who knows both lesbians, gay men & gay youth who have been VICTIMS of the Intercom Trust, I personally could not recommend ANYONE went to Intercom Trust for help!

Partnership for victims of phobic crime, now thats a JOKE!
The Intercom Trust has received funding from the Home Office to develop systems for accessible and proportionate help for victims of phobic crime in the South West peninsula, with a view to providing national good-practice standards to be made available through the Home Office website.

Personally, the Intercom Trust are the last people I would let near a vulnerable gay person! They even have a dishonest x-copper working for them, who when he was a police officer, sent me emails telling me to 'be quiet' about witnessed incidents of police homophobia in Cornwall.

The project involves working across the peninsula with:
• Other LGB and Trans community helplines
• The public sector, including CJS member agencies, CDRPs and LSPs
• The ten Local Area Agreement teams
The Intercom Trust is planning to arrange strategic briefing and discussion sessions for key stakeholders during the first three weeks of November.

Michael Halls, Intercom Trust’s executive director said: “We think this is a very exciting and promising development. We’ll do our best to ensure that all stakeholders have an opportunity to play a full role and we’ll be very glad to hear from our partners and colleagues in relevant stakeholder agencies.”
Central government is committed to improving the provision of services for victims of crime. The Home Office is particularly keen to address the specific needs of victims of phobic (homophobic and transphobic) crime, to reduce the perceived barriers that discourage these victims from getting help, and to increase reporting and successful prosecutions.

Again I say I would not recommend my worst enemy to turn to the Intercom Trust for help as I don't like seeing people STABBED in the back, least of all LGBT persons!

The Intercom Trust via Andy Hunt, Micheal Halls & others have contributed to the attempted suicide of at least one gay male victim of institutional homophobia to my knowledge!!!

Homophobic Police still getting away with it in Cornwall

(Above: One of my own bronze finish sculptures I recently created, I still cannot paint due to disabling severe panic attacks brought on by the continued homophobic vendetta, impact & affect of relentless Cornwall police failings, lies, dishonesty & corruption which is protected by senior rank within the vile Devon & Cornwall Constabulary)

It’s been a while since I posted on here, but the continued dishonesty & corruption of Devon & Cornwall police officers was really starting to detrimentally & adversely affect my health back in August & September.

I did not go to Cornwall PRIDE this year, as there was nothing for me as a gay person in Cornwall to feel proud about, as so many LGBT persons in Cornwall have turned their backs on victims of Cornwall’s Institutional homophobia by receiving a few pieces of silver in sponsorship. It was made clear to me as a veteran lgbt equality campaigner I would NOT be welcome at the PRIDE event & following the event I even received a death threat if I attended a particular gay venue in Cornwall.

There are those in Cornwall who simply turn their backs on gay victims of institutional homophobia and in effect allow the police to continue to violate gay people & our lives.

Despite my having provided Cornwall police with documentary EVIDENCE in a video taped interview earlier this year, that contrary to the lying perjury committed by DC Magnus Scott & the Devon & Cornwall Police legal team in Civil Crown Court in 2006, that in fact when a homeless youth was found living rough in Helston in 2005 he WAS taken to the police contrary to the police lies told in Court that he had not been (Their own police receipt for the tape recorded interview of the youth at the time & signed by PC Fuller has now been produced as EVIDENCE that the youth WAS taken to police, Helston police station to be exact, but the idle, lying, dishonest, corrupt, homophobic CUNTS in the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary…have continued to suppress this evidence…and continued to lie about all the public witness statements THEY suppressed from Court)

The sad fact is, the since 1993 police officers have been involved in the deaths of over 1,130 UK residents (source INQUEST organisation), through police shootings, police RTI’s, in police custody or immediately following police contact

…in fact as a gay man, statistically, I am far more likely to die as a result of contact with a police officer than I am with a terrorist.

Recently I received a letter from the Devon & Cornwall propaganda dept. (or press office as they like to call it). Now when I was invited to speak on radio recently, I was given the time of the radio interview & what time the car sent would pick me up…then the homophobic Devon & Cornwall police lent on the radio station (effectively interfering with freedom of speech) …and the radio interview was cancelled.

Now a lying, dishonest, corrupt, member of the Devon & Cornwall press office wrote to me to say that the radio interview was never planned to go ahead…then why was I given the precise time the interview was to take place & what time a car would pick me up (…since I no longer drive on my own as a result of the continued relentless homophobic Cornwall police vendetta still being carried out against me).

The lying bastards in the police cannot even be honest, open & transparent about interfering with a radio broadcast…the Devon & Cornwall police really are behaving like out of control neo-nazi thugs with their censorship & protected homophobic attitudes & practises (endorsed by the Devon & Cornwall police legal dept.)

….and has anything been done about that lying dishonest & corrupt Inspector Caroline Coad, who promised me a copy of the six hours of video taped evidence I gave earlier this year against numerous criminal & corrupt Cornwall police officers. Don’t make me laugh, NO, of course not, as she is just as FUCKING dishonest & lies through her teeth, just like the majority of the rest of the loathsome homophobic scum I have encountered in the Devon & Cornwall police.

Inspector Caroline Coad …just another lying, dishonest, corrupt, Cornwall police officer!

Has anything been done about DC STONE & DC JAGO who threatened my 77yr old mother that they would arrest me if ‘she’ did not allow them (without a warrant) forced access into our family home, causing distress and fear to my mother & her tenants. What a pair of low life bullying two police officer thugs they turned out to be!

Has the complaint been investigated…NO, its simply been brushed under the police corruption carpet operated by the scum in Devon & Cornwall Constabulary…along with PC Fuller’s failure of duty of care, DC Woods homophobia, and the x3 police officers who assisted assailants to leave the scene of a homophobic assault on two gay/bi men, DC Magnus Scott’s perjury, PC Alexander’s abusive treatment of a gay youth with a partial strip search in a Chapel coffee morning, …and the fact that following the police haven driven me to an attempted suicide on what police have now ADMITTED in writing was a false allegation, but has anything been done about it & the corrupt Cornwall police officers involved…..Nah, not a damn thing by this bunch of dishonest corrupt toss pots who carry police warrant cards!

Police really are the homophobic HATE CRIME problem in Cornwall.

Because this is the poor pathetic, measure, the benchmark, the corrupt, sordid, unprofessional low corrupt standard of many of the scum I have personally encountered in Devon & Cornwall Constabulary. It is not civilian criminals I live in fear of as a gay man …but homophobic police officers like Sgt Rowe of Helston, or….Insp. Mark Bolt at Camborne who things that it is perfectly ok for gay people to be verbally abused in the streets (and he said so in writing), or the police officer PC Tar who withheld court documentation. or the police officer who lied about a non-existent signature in a pocket book or…DC Anning (who destroyed my businesses by withholding a computer & business computer records from me), or…lying police officers like DC Magnus Scott, or … Insp Caroline Coad…or Asst. Chief Constable Taylor, who has been informed, but she has chosen to look the other way as the impact & affect of the low life homophobic scum under her command continue to adversely affect, persecute & violate the lives of gay persons in Cornwall as it has done so since Devon & Cornwall police began this homophobic police vendetta against me in 2004.

…and the above only relate to my personal experience of the vile police scum I have encountered within Devon & Cornwall police. They really are the criminal scum I fear, which is why murderers, rapists & police Cornwall officers are still NOT welcome in our home.

My home has been attacked, my vehicles smashed up, attempted extortion against me, attempted blackmail against me, false allegations, death threats, threats of physical violence, theft from my property …ALL INSTIGATED AS A RESULT OF THE CONDUCT OF CORNWALL POLICE OFFICERS and their homophobic attitudes & practises…with the blessing of their senior officers…right up to the top of the stinking heap!

…and you have to wonder ‘what is the point? of the Independent Police advisory group’ if the IAG are to be ignored by Chief Constable Stephen Otter & Asst. Chief Constable Taylor & the rest of OVERPAID, INEFFECTUAL & USELESS senior police officers who turn a blind eye to almost wholesale police corruption & dishonesty (even when the IAG are witnesses to police abuses & failings of duty of care, failure of transparency, failure of police honesty…in fact down right Cornwall police dishonesty, corruption & criminality)

Cornwall POLICE…. they really are the dishonest (homophobic) scum your parents might have warned you about…at least the vast majority of the police officers I have encountered are!



Yes, I’m still very angry that these Cornwall police scum can & do get away with it!
