In 2007 the entire lesbian, gay & youth members of the Cornwall LGBT PRIDE Beach Day steering group had previously voted on several occasions to ‘exclude’ direct involvement of Cornwall police due to known gay community problems of multiple commonplace homophobic attitudes & practises within the Cornwall police force.

Just days before the 2007 PRIDE BEACH DAY Cornwall police arrested the local chair of the LGBT PRIDE beach day on allegation of rape. PC Aaron Piper of CIOS Diversity LIED to the gay media, saying the LGBT PRIDE Day was not put at risk …when IT had been about to be cancelled, but the chair was released on bail!

Following police further misconduct against gay persons the 2007 LGBT PRIDE Beach Day steering group disbanded out of fear of yet further reprisals from the grossly homophobic Cornwall police.

When the police had raided the falsely accused victims home…police poked at, but COMPLETELY ignored used condoms in a bedroom bin. These later recovered and passed in sealed plastic bags to the defence legal team. However, it flagged up to the gay victim & witnesses, concern at just how further dishonest & corrupt was to be Cornwall police treatment of the falsely accused as a gay person!

Likewise DC PARKER of Cornwall police CHOOSE to ignore reports of text messages sent by the false accuser ADMITTING it was a false allegation!

Likewise DC PARKER choose to ignore other public witness statements regarding the conduct & activities of the false accuser JP.

The irony was…the PRIDE chair DID actually have witnesses to sexual consent, three male witnesses. Two of whom Cornwall police point-blank DECLINED to interview at all, but were happy to try to intimidate.

*Sexual consent had been established, as an 18yr old male present despite having had an on/off gay sexual relationship with one of the other 18yr old males present for several years…was effectively still in the closet regarding his bisexuality. For his benefit it was established that everyone (all Five ) were comfortable that the sex games (suggested by JP, the very person who later made the false allegation) would, if played, inevitably lead to sex. ALL FIVE AGREED, ALL FIVE CONSENTED.

It is unusual to have one witness to sexual consent, but THREE, which Cornwall police then choose to ignore & to a degree attempted intimidation of…indicates the level of homophobic prejudice in operation and with senior rank approval & blessing within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary against gay persons

The most likely person to subject a gay person to a homophobic HATE CRIME in Cornwall is still unquestionably & undoubtedly a police officer!

The sexual situation was lawful & legal. ALL FIVE males (all over the UK legal age of consent) had sex with each other in one form or another, & condoms used. Yet only ONE person was singled out, selected by Cornwall police, arrested, relentlessly targeted. This targeting has been relentlessly continued in the victimisation of the gay victim by Cornwall police over the next few YEARS…..and is STILL on going in 2010!

The former chair of the 2007 Cornwall Pride beach day & victim of false allegation & relentless police persecution…having attempted suicide, now suffers from a form of Agoraphobia, suffers from (homophobic police) induced panic attacks, no longer drives, never leaves his home without a witness…and lives on incapacity benefit, his businesses having been entirely destroyed by Cornwall police misconduct & abuse.

Additionally
*The local Gay Health group, Healthy Gay Cornwall, both Al Green & Lynda Q have POINT BLANK refused any support or assistance to the gay victim of attempted suicide following this catalogue of institutional abuses.
*Due to police misconduct & disinformation, the victims medical GP refuses to treat the gay victim.
*The owner of the local gay bar BarQdos (who supported (JP) the false accuser now theoretically sought by police) has made it clear the former BEACH DAY chair, a gay victim of police abuses is not welcome in BarQdos and has banned the gay victim from Cornwall PRIDE FB page.
The Gay man, chair of 2007 Cornwall PRIDE Beach Day who was targeted by police… and attempted suicide as a DIRECT RESULT of DC PARKER & the relentlessly Cornwall Police Homophobic attitudes & practises! Despite having made complaints, these complaints routinely ignored by the corrupt Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, Cornwall Police Authority, Professional Standards & the IPCC.

There is a SERIOUS & SINISTER problem of blanket denial & ingrained homophobia within ALL these police orientated UK organisations and not a little Freemasonry, according to the former British government Home Secretary.

Even local LGBT organisations in the southwest have become infiltrated and unduly influenced by dishonest police, keen to cover up the huge problem of continued homophobic attitudes & practises of named & identified serving police officers abuses against gay persons. This isolating still further gay victims of police abuses & homophobia now ostracised & excluded by Cornwall PRIDE, Healthy Gay Cornwall & Intercom Trust

The treasurer of the New Cornwall PRIDE formed in 2008, provided evidence to the falsely accused gay man, that the ‘false accuser’ (JP) had been running for several years an illegal escort page on a website…but DC PARKER of Cornwall police ALSO choose to ignore this information provided to police

There was an attempted extortion made against the gay victim. Sgt ROWE of Helston, a police homophobe of the WORST calibre, decided to POINT BLANK refuse (in front of a Lesbian witness) to take from a gay man an eye witness statement of the attempted extortion. Worse the Sgt. ROWE then decided to target the gay victim with vehicle stops….and when the gay victims vehicle was smashed up in a homophobic hate crime attack upon at the gay victims home…instigated (if not carried out) by Cornwall police in their handling of the false rape allegation…the police did NOTHING about the attack.

Cornwall police are UNQUESTIONABLY the HOMOPHOBIC hate crime problem

Irony, when Cornwall police said they could not find the false rape accuser (JP) …and yet he was a member of a police supervised LGBT youth group, involving the local diversity officer PC CANNON. (Can police even find dog sh*t even if they tread in it?)

PC CANNON, who not once offered any support to the gay male multiple hate crime victim of assault, theft, attempted extortion, attempted blackmail, damage & attack to his property, false allegation & driven by police to attempted suicide. PC CANNON, no longer a copper (thank God, what a useless waste of space) however, now works for an organisation in Devon which has a growing reputation amongst some LGBT circles in Exeter, Plymouth, Dorset & Cornwall for their further victimising gay victims of crime & gay prejudice… but that’s what Cornwall police DO….as do the Intercom Trust!

In 2009 DC PARKER of Cornwall police wrote admitting that the FALSE ALLEGATION had been a NO CRIME, and there was evidence that the ALEGATION made against the 2007 LGBT PRIDE beach day chair was FALSE …. but DC PARKER of Cornwall police could not be arsed or bothered to find & prosecute the FALSE ACCUSER!

The HOMOPHOBIC SCUM of Cornwall Police really DO NOT CARE if they are responsible for driving to attempted suicide gay persons. (*Cornwall has the highest gay male suicide rate in the south of England…often with direct police involvement!)

After two years of highly trained detective CID police work (that was me being facetious), Cornwall police could not find the false accuser (JP). Within an hour of CID police saying they could not find JP after two years, the whereabouts, location, phone number, email & other details were all provided by members of Cornwall’s gay community as to the exact whereabouts of the FALSE ACCUSER…and provided to DC PARKER ….who allegedly on instruction of his DS superior officer, just ignored it. (Some of the information provided by one of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary own Independent Advisory Group members…so there’s two fingers up by Cornwall police at the government IAG initiative)

Ironically, in 2010 as it turns out police had NO PROBLEM finding (JP) in 24hrs to serve a harassment order on him following JP’s relentless targeting of yet another of his victims who has since left Cornwall (another gay victim in part driven out of Cornwall by the homophobic attitude of Cornwall’s criminal justice system misconduct & attitudes against gay persons)

Gay Community intelligence revealed in 2010 that DC PARKER is in effect responsible for the fact that the male (JP) who made the false rape allegation, (JP a friend of BarQdos) was arrested on alleged sexual offences with a minor in the north of England…and had again fled to Cornwall, and was said to be living within yards of Camborne police station .

Details of JP’s whereabouts & means of contact AGAIN provided to police in Cornwall….and (NO REAL SURPRISE) again ignored by Cornwall police!

But Cornwall police were very quick to further harass & intimidate the gay victim of the false rape allegation yet again when KATE Sicolo of Intercom Trust (spits on floor) made another FALSE ALLEGATION against the gay victim. Intercom the same loathsome organisation which had ‘outed’ a lesbian at work & who felt threatened with the sack as a result of the Intercom Trust homophobic actions.

Its ironic that Cornwall police have objected & interfered with the gay male victim of the false allegation & his prior relationships with gay men in their 20’s…SO deeply ingrained are homophobic attitudes & practises within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary…and yet police remain chummy with both the NEW Cornwall Chair & the treasurer of PRIDE, both in their forties, who have had long term relationships with their partners since their partners now just in their 20’s were in their teens. Illustrating, that Cornwall police misconduct is a very much a personal vendetta & prejudiced towards the gay victim they (police) have targeted against for having dared make a complaint against police.

Since this Devon & Cornwall police have continually obstructed repeatedly complaint regarding these incidents & other related multiple police misconduct, dishonest & criminal behaviour…but the public is recognising just how deeply ingrained are corrupt attitudes within today’s police force in covering up police criminality, misconduct & abuses of power (ie: Jean Charles De Menzes public killing execution by police)

To add to this endless intimidation by police of the gay victim of false allegation, DC JAGO & DC STONE visited the gay victims’ home on 6th June 2010 at 2pm. The intent & purpose by police was clear from outset (as previously when crimes against the gay victim by police were reported too DC CROWE & DS BECKERLEGGE) . It was a frightening & intimidating visit intended to belittle & bully the gay victim, the victims elderly 78 yr old mother & her tenants….and was witnessed by FOUR people…and yet Cornwall police have DENIED to the IPCC that there is a DC JAGO in West Cornwall & stated there is NO record of the police visit.

Oh lets not forget that PC TAR & COLLEAGUE withheld court documentation from the gay victim & lied about a signature in a police pocket book (proven by the IPCC)
Oh lets not forget that DC ANNING withheld the gay victims computer and did not return it after police forensics had stated that there were NO ILLEGAL images on it…(it was slung in a lock up garage or similar by police) this conduct by DC ANNING, who refused access to business & tax records to the victim caused the collapse of the gay victims business (proven by IPCC)

Quite frankly the majority of the police officers encountered by the gay victim are arrogant, homophobic violating scum! As demonstrated by a homophobic ANTI-GAY poster displayed at Camborne police station, depicting police officers coloured in Pink & labelled gay. Oh, and a senior police officer providing sensitive information about gay persons to individuals (G READ) later identified in an attempted fraud against a gay victim.

Should we mention at this point how Cornwall police wrote to the x-partner of a gay man who had committed suicide following Cornwall police arrest. The police informing the x-partner in writing of the police intent to prosecute…(the corpse?)…of the deceased man

Police are unconcerned, unwilling to investigate & repeatedly refuse to record complaint of overt catalogue of multiple incidents of police intimidation of gay persons by police. A police ANTI-GAY HATE CAMPAIGN Cornwall police have been operating with senor officer blessing since 2004

The depths too which police will LIE …has already been publicly established in the public neck shooting execution of Jean Charles De Menezes in Stockwell Tube Station and the catalogue of LIES police told in order to try to cover up the police killing of an innocent man. (No police officer has ever been held accountable for that butchery!) Increasingly the public is recognising the lap dog poodle ineffectiveness of both the sycophantic police authorities & the IPCC in their forelock tugging deference & bias to the police at cost to the protection of the general public.

When six hours of gay victim video evidence was given to two CIOS diversity officers, on 12th Feb & 22nd March 2010, evidence, statement & documentation of a catalogue of Cornwall police misconduct, criminality, perjury, failure of duty of care, abuse of power, in correct procedure…AND BLATANT homophobic attitudes & practises carried out by named & identified Cornwall police officers… which the IPCC & professional standards have repeatedly declined to investigate.

Plus, the Inspector C COAD of Helston who had PROMISED the victim would receive a copy of the video taped evidence…has declined. The IPCC have given the victim just days to present the information (6hr video tape) which the victim was refused by police, requested from police under the Freedom of Information Act (which could take 20 days) and was actually REFUSED again (but police have admitted they had possession of the video evidence against the police officers named…until it inevitably ‘opps’ accidentally disappears whilst in police hands that is!)

PS; The former Insp. Mark Bolt of Helston felt that the screaming of homophobic abuse in the streets at a gay man in front of witness & the spreading of false provable lies alleging a gay man had HIV/AIDS when he did not ….was according to the Insp. Bolt…NOT HARRASEMENT of a gay person and he said so in writing! Further indication of the Homophobic ATTITUDES OF THE Cornwall police

These words sum up Devon & Cornwall Police Professional Standards, Devon & Cornwall Police Authority & IPCC response to public complaints against police, they simply…. Ignore, Belittle, Obstruct, Misinform, Disdain, Foil, Omit, Overlook, Passover, Scorn, Bury, Depreciate, Disparage, Downplay, Put Down, Squash, Bully, Intimidate, Threaten, Write Off, Frustrate, Hinder, Impede, Inhibit, Stall, Sandbag, Caboodle, Allude, Delude, Deny, Denial, Mislead, Block, Hinder, Balk, Circumvent, Discourage, Dishearten, Neutralize, Nullify, Obviate, Overt, Lie, ...etc. etc.

Its not as if Chief Constable Stephen Otter can even claim ignorance, email after email after email has been sent marked for his attention via the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary own website, literally DOZENS of emails…NOT A SINGLE ONE has been replied too!

THAT IS THE DEPTH OF THE CORRUPTION at the very top of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary!

Previous & since examples & experience of Cornwall police criminality, dishonesty, corruption & homophobia leaves me in no doubt that there is no such thing as an honest police officer in Devon & Cornwall…NOT A SINGLE ONE. Since All Cornwall’s police officers are all party by their silence & collusion to perpetuating a corrupt & deeply dishonest organisation to the ultimate detriment of the public & victims of multiple police criminality & abuses…in particular gay victims, who are a vulnerable target of homophobic police abuse!

The Devon & Cornwall Professional Standards unit has repeatedly not bothered to investigate & repeatedly give public complaints from gay persons the brush off. (ie: Assault upon two gay persons & vile police misconduct Helston Flora Day May 2006 where police ASSISTED the violent assailants into a taxi to leave the scene of assault upon two gay persons then threatened the victims with prosecution if the made complaint)

…and yet the Devon & Cornwall Chief Constable (on a higher wage than even the Prime Minister of the UK) cannot understand ‘why‘ there is so little public confidence in his corrupt & grossly f*cking dishonest Cornwall police force…simple, Police deserve NOTHING but public loathing, distain, contempt & hatred for their arrogance in denial of their protected police corruption, dishonesty & criminality!

Contrary to misleading & blatantly dishonest information put out by homophobic Cornwall police…the former 2007 PRIDE Beach Day chair & gay victim has not been charged, prosecuted or convicted of ANY criminal offence in the 23 yrs he has been an ‘out’ gay man! (Two parking tickets, one speeding fine & a verbal caution in 23yrs as an out gay man)

On the other hand he has been as a gay person a VICTIM of countless criminal acts, primarily homophobic HATE CRIMES, often violent…of which the Cornwall police have often themselves instigated against the gay victim, but done NOTHING, SFA, ZILCH, Jack Schitt about the crimes committed against the gay victim!

NB: It should be noted that Cornwall police have ignored that POLICE own DOCUMENTARY evidence signed by PC FULLER of Helston has been produced ON tape proving POLICE lied & committed perjury in Crown Court….however this is being suppressed by the CORRUPT Devon & Cornwall Constabulary & IPCC!

IPCC refuse to investigate police intimidation

The IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission) refuse to investigate the intimidating visit to my home where police forced entry by threatening my 78 yr old mother with my arrest if she did not allow without warrant entry to our home by DC JAGO & DC STONE on the 6th June @2pm (as witnessed by four people including Devon & Cornwall Constabulary IAG member)

No, I was not under any investigation or allegation simply an intimidation police visit to try to prevent/discourage me from persuing the six hours of video taped evidence of police corrution & criminality which is being suppressed by the corrupt Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.

...as the IPCC has decided in its cretinous stupidity (since police have no record of the police thugs visit & no JAGO workling in West Cornwall according to them) without investigation that the visit by these two trained police thugs, never took place.

The depth of corruption within this police force knows no bounds...and the IPCC is a lap dog poodle!

THERE IS NO JUSTICE FOR VICTIMS OF UK POLICE CRIMINALITY & MISCONDUCT

(i) Police lied about police actions being the cause 15 April 1989 resulting in the deaths of 96 people at the Hillsborough Disaster
(ii) Police executed De Menezes, shot in the head seven times at Stockwell tube station on the London Underground by London Metropolitan police. Police repeatedly lied to try to cover up the facts, no police officer has been held accountable
(iii) Ian Tomlinson died following violent assault by a police officer G20 summit, London 1 April 2009, police initially lied about the incident, despite millions having seen the video of the assault. No police officer is being held accountable
(iv) July 2010: Devon & Cornwall Constabulary are corruptly suppressing 6hrs of video taped victim/witness interview & documentation recorded on 12th Feb & 22nd March 2010 by CIOS diversity officers regarding multiple police misconduct, police abuses, criminality & homophobia incidents.

POLICE, are seemingly the killers in British society who are un-accountable and above the law!

Directly because of the relentless intimation & homophobic attitudes & practises of Cornwall police officers, (see named below) well documented here…suicide is never that far from my thoughts.

Since the visit by DC JAGO & DC STONE on the 6th June @2pm as witnessed by four other persons ….and the POINT-BLANK refusal of the Devon & Cornwall police to accept complaint about this or the suppression of evidence provide to them on the 12th Feb & 22nd March….depression, despair & suicidal thoughts have become a daily battle for me. (and I can't get any medical suport as my GP refuses to treat me....because of police)

It is the blatant corruption & dishonesty of Devon & Cornwall police, their legal department & senior officers to the highest level, which is becoming the killer.

The IPCC wrote to inform me there is NO DC JAGO operating in West Cornwall & NO record of the visit. The irony is that a member of the Devon & Cornwall Constabularies own Independent Police Advisory group was present & witnessed the visit which police are denying took place.

The visit by these two police thugs which was intended yet again to be intimidating, threatening, abusive, not just to me, but my elderly mother & her tenants, just as before with DC CROWE & DS BECKERLEGGE two other bent police officers who also suppressed complaints, facts & information of police criminality & abuses.

I have repeatedly attempted to get a complaint (which is where a previous date of 16th July is mistakenly given in my blog due to my growing utter despair at the depth of the corruption & dishonesty & total lack of any integrity by ANY of Cornwall’s police what-so-ever) registered with Devon & Cornwall police.

Devon & Cornwall Constabulary have repeatedly refused to take details as the complaint includes that against Insp. C COAD of Helston (Failure of transparency of conduct…that’s blatantly lying to you & me) & Asst. Chief Constable S TAYLOR…(who despite being fully briefed by DCC IAG on the catalogue of abuses witnessed & documented carried out by numerous foul & vile Cornwall police officers…well I give up, the stench of corruption rises through the rank & file. The police have informed the IPCC that I will not give them details (having given police SIX F*cking HOURS of videotaped details, lying f*cking bastards the lot of them!) which they POINT BLANK REFUSE to record as complaint

…THAT is the benchmark & standard of the utter corruption & dishonesty of the VILENESS of police officers, ALL police officers being party to this collaboration by their collusion of silence regarding Dishonest colleagues.

…and just days later, (on top of NO police officer being accountable for the public police execution of Jean Charles De Menezes at Stockwell Tube Station, who was an innocent man shot seven times by police whilst restrained)….we get the announcement that NO police officer is to be charged with ANY offence relating to the subsequent death of Ian Tomlinson.

We have all watched in the UK the video (unless you have your head entirely buried in the sand) of the police officer assaulting Mr Ian Tomlinson from behind as he walked home unobtrusively on his way from work….only to be on a mortuary slab shortly after the POLICE OFFICERS videoed unprovoked assault upon him.

…AND NOT A PEEP from the rest of the vile police officers in the UK, who have rallied by their silence behind their abusive police colleague, firm in the knowledge that the vulnerable public is utterly powerless against mounting police corruption, criminality even police killings…its depressing, its wrong, but it is what these vile scum in today’s police DO!

As I said in light of example after example of UK police arrogance in being demonstratively above the law, I have personally come in the last few years to HATE, LOATH & DESPISE every single UK police officer, who is GUILTY by association & collusion within this corrupt, dishonest & criminal organisation known as the British police force. Further Cornwall Police abuse & misconduct

On the 16th July at 2pm two police officers DC JAGO & DC STONE visited my home in Cornwall.

Also present as witnesses were my elderly mother, her then two tenants & the DCC IAG LGBT strand vice chair (Devon & Cornwall Constabulary Independent Advisory Group).

This police visit followed my pursuing a copy of evidence I had given to police of gross police misconduct. My having given six hours of video taped interview to two CIOS diversity officers on the 12th Feb & 22nd March as my being a victim/witness too multiple incidents of Cornwall police dishonesty, corruption, perjury, suppression of evidence, intimidation, homophobia, failure of duty of care, & other gross misconduct….carried out by named & identified Cornwall police officers over a period of years since 2004 up until the present …and on going. I included documentary evidence in the video, including police documentation in my possession proving police perjury in Crown Court.

If the police purpose of the visit was to intimidate threaten & bully it was a most successful visit. Police threatened my mother (78yrs old) if she did not allow them entry to her home I would be arrested & face five years in prison.

No, I had not & was not accused of any offence; this was simply a visit following a chain of events involving dishonest police officers whom I am willing to give evidence against & my trying too getting the criminality & misconduct of those police officers investigated.

There is no question that I felt bullied threatened & intimidated by this visit by DC JAGO & DC STONE….in yet another attempt by police to try to silence me.

The police officers having forced entry by threat of arrest into the hallway of the house and despite my having repeatedly asked them outside what information did they want to know, finally after a period of verbal conflict with myself, the tenants & even my elderly mother…these police thugs eventually departed. Leaving myself, my mother & the other witnesses extremely distressed and fearful

It was blatant, blatant, blatant police hostility, bullying & intimidation, with threatening behaviour

After numerous attempts at trying to get Devon & Cornwall Constabulary to record a complaint (they refused at Middlemore HQ Exeter on each occasion I have rung up until today) & having contacted the ineffectual & useless IPCC finally an acknowledgement that I am trying to make a complaint…not only regarding the intimidation & threats of DC Jago & DC Stone, but also that of a failure of ‘transparency of conduct’ by Insp. Coad of Helston (who had promised as a condition of my presenting the witness evidence & documentation to be video recorded that I receive a copy of the tape) & Asst. Chief Constable S Taylor who is fully briefed by the DCC IAG lgbt strand vice chair on these issue but Asst. CC Taylor is colluding in the suppression of this evidence against police which Cornwall police are refusing to release to myself to present to the IPCC and legal advisors of gross multiple catalogue police misconduct.

The Devon & Cornwall police have now denied to the IPCC that there is a DC JAGO on duty in west Cornwall & denied there is any record of a police visit to our home on the 16th July at 2pm….despite four witnesses, plus myself.

This relentless police homophobic motivated vendetta started by DC woods (retired) & DC Scott in 2004 and continued by numerous of their Cornwall police colleagues’ right up to the present day which has already led to two attempted suicides as a result of police misconduct.

I live in perpetual fear for myself & my elderly mother & tenants of further Cornwall police reprisal even further police violence, our home already having been raided twice on acknowledged false allegation.

The terrifying thing is we know that police get away with murder, or at least killing people, as clearly demonstrated by NO police officer being held accountable for the public execution shooting of Jean Charles De Menezes at Stockwell tube station & the equally notorious police beating to the ground & subsequent death of Ian Tomlinson, who was merely walking home from work on the day of a G20 summit meeting.

Cornwall Police: they are out-of-control, unregulated & completely un-accountable.

I am in genuine fear for my life & that of my mother from further Cornwall police reprisal & vendetta.

IPCC to investigate allegation of drug possession by Devon and Cornwall police officer

The Independent Police Complaints Commission has decided to manage an investigation into a Devon and Cornwall Constabulary police officer arrested on suspicion of possessing a Class A controlled drug.

The 40-year-old detective was arrested in Torquay at 0.40am on 10 July 2010 and the IPCC received a referral from the force on 14 July.

At approximately 11.55pm on 9 July the police were called to the Green Ginger bar in Fleet Walk, Torquay, following the report of a male being detained by door staff in the toilet area of the bar.

The man identified himself to the police officers as a serving officer within the force.

The door staff explained that the man had been found in a toilet cubicle with another man, and that within the cubicle there was an indication drugs had been taken.

He has been bailed until September to allow further enquiries. The other man was also arrested and has since been released without any further action.

IPCC Commissioner Rebecca Marsh said: If proven this is a very serious matter and given the concern the allegation will generate it is right the IPCC is involved to provide reassurance to the public. I have decided that the IPCC will manage an investigation into this matter by officers from the force’s professional standards department."

Cornwall (UK) PRIDE 2010 have chosen not to have a direct LGBT (Lesbian, Gay. Bisexual & Transgender) political message but rather the ‘Circus’ as its theme

Circuses are historically & traditionally synonymous with FREAK SHOW exhibitions — such as those with extraordinary diseases, conditions or deformities from that considered normal and socially acceptable

It is therefore interesting that the Cornish, Cornwall PRIDE 2010 chose ‘Circus’ as its theme, given gay people are still perceived as outcasts or freaks and not accepted by many as part of ‘normal’ society

PRIDE IS A PROTEST: Stonewall was a riot AGAINST police homophobia

Gay PRIDE came about as a result of the STONEWALL riot in New York against police homophobia. However, some PRIDE events have degenerated into little more than hedonistic freak show carnivals with no discernable lgbt (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender) political message

The gay rights & equality message is lost, as those with primarily commercial and/or authoritarian self-interest take over running Gay Pride events, excluding many lesbian & gay equality campaigners, groups & interests

Give historic origin of both Gay Pride & Stonewall, ironic that in 2010 in Cornwall (UK) there remains a serious & sinister problem of protected homophobic attitudes & practices within Devon & Cornwall Constabulary

...and I recently received an on line lecture from heterosexual member of the pride committee as to what gay pride means....seemingly gay pride is just a party.

Funny I was of the understanding GAY PRIDE developed as a result of the Stonewall Inn riot in 1969, New York, USA, when lesbians, gay men & transsexuals fought back in a riot lasting several days against police homophobia. From that the worldwide gay Pride protests were born in the early 1970’s to fight for lgbt equality...my mistake, it's just a party!

Well to me gay pride means the continued fight against lgbt inequalities & in particular institutional prejudice & discrimination…in particular locally from the still deeply homophobic Cornwall police.

Some might justifiably feel Rauol Moat partially had the right idea regarding the corrupt police. Had police bothered to actually listen & act upon his grievences, it may not have lead to the tragidy that it did.

DS PARKER of Devon & Cornwall police professional standards wrote 13th July 2010, stating Cornwall police would not release the six hour video witness/evidence multiple incidents of police corruption & criminality, misconduct etc. (to the IPCC or legal)....without the permission of the NAMED accused police officers.

Asst. Chief Constable Sharon Taylor is very aware of the situation, and the catalogue of police abuses ignored & covered up by Cornwall police having been briefed by a member of the DCC IAG. Unfortunately it seems the Asst. Chief Constable TAYLOR is happy to do nothing about the catalogue of abuses by police and assist in the continued trauma & abuse of gay persons by the Cornwall police.

Inspector Caroline Coad of Helston, who PROMISED a copy of the six hour tape (as a condition for providing the documentary evidence & witness statement against the corrupt police officers concerned) is also REFUSING to release copy of the tape to the witness to provide it to the IPCC & LEGAL (now that POLICE know just how many criminal & dishonest Cornwall police bast*rds there is evidence & statement against).

A BLATANT & CLEAR breach of 'Transparency of conduct' by Insp. C Coad.

Add to that DC STONE & DC JAGO were sent round to threaten & intimidate myself, my 78yr old pensioner mother & her tenants.

Devon & Cornwall Police have REPEATEDLY refused to record a complaint against DC STONE, DC JAGO, Insp. COAD & Asst.Chief Constable Taylor.

That is how corrupt & dishonest the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary are!

Cornwall PRIDE 2010 (LGBT) Equality & Diversity?

Since the early 1990's, Cornwall in the UK has held LGBT community organised GAY PRIDE events...and without involvement of Cornwall police, who have a long standing reputation for homophobic discrimination & prejudice....and STILL do!

In 2007 LGBT community organisers voted to again exclude involvement of Cornwall police. Shortly before the 2007 Cornwall LGBT Gay PRIDE Beach Day, Cornwall police arrested the chair person, almost causing cancelation of the 2007 Cornwall Gay PRIDE Beach Day.

It took Cornwall police over TWO YEARS to admit in writing that the Cornwall Gay Pride Beach Day Chair had been arrested on a FALSE ALLEGATION!

The 2007 LGBT steering group for Cornwall Gay PRIDE disbanded out of genuine fears of fuurther reprisals from Cornwall police

Numerous complaints were & have been made against Cornwall police for homophobic attitudes & practises & other misconduct towards their gay victims. Complaints which still remain ignored & not investigated.

Many LGBT persons involved for many years in gay equality & HIV campaigning also found themselves excluded from Cornwall PRIDE in 2008 and the heavy involvement of Cornwall police & their sycophants.

Whereas Gay PRIDE has always been a protest & campaign for gay equality issues...there are those who now would devalue the history of Gay Pride
...to that of a mere circus parade.

Concerningly there are those who would dismiss the continued fight for gay equality and step over any gay victim of homophobia, just so long as they have a good time...or make a profit from the pink Pound!

Camborne Police Station, where the police like to display poster with police officers cloured in pink & labelled gay. Its also where Insp. Mark Bolt is now based, the copper who thinks that the screaming of homophobic abuse in the streets at gay persons ...is perfectly acceptable (he effectively said so in writing)...he is also of the opinion it is perfectly ok for homophbes to go around saying named gay people have HIV/AIDS, when they proveably do not (GU clinic test results)...but that is the sort of homophobia we have come to expect from the homophobic scum we have personally repeatedly encountered in the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.

IPCC incompetance in investigating complaints against police

Today I received an email from the IPCC who it seems cannot work out that I am trying against every obstacle & obstruction they are putting in the way...to make a full & comprehensive complaint against the police.

I guess they, the IPCC are simply used to bullying people into giving up in making complaints against police dishonesty, corruption & criminality (not to mention homophobia).

The IPCC are seenmingly incapable of grasping the fact I have made a six hour video (taped by police) complaint, with references to witnesses & documentation against multiple police officers in an interconnected chain of police incidents.

For the record (since the IPCC cannot seem to grasp it)

Here is todays email response to the IPCC:- (Placed in the public domain since the IPCC seem incapable of understanding a SIX hour recorded complaint has been made which is being suppressed by the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary).

As I have repeatedly said.

I made a full complaint too two police officers of the DCC CIOS diversity unit
(12th Feb & 22nd March 2010) & in the presence of the DCC Indepent Advisory
Group LGBT strand vice chair as witness.

The entire victim/witness complaint videoed by police consisting of SIX HOURS of
video taped complaint, documentation, witness referals, etc. contained within
the SIX HOUR police video taped interview recorded over two days.

THE SIX HOUR TAPE IS THE COMPLAINT, but is being REFUSED by DCC to be released,
contary to their witnessed promise prior to making the tape recorded complaint.

I have made a Freedom of Information Act request folowing their refusal to
release the POLICE VIDEO TAPE RECORDED COMPLAINT. See:- HERE
Since the complaint I have made a further complaint against DC STONE & DC JAGO
for subsequent threatening & intimidating behaviour towards myself & members of
the household in which I live (also witnessed).

Also complaint against Inspector Caroline Coad 'Failure of transpasrency of
conduct'. Insp Coad originally promised copy of the tape as a condition of my
recording the complaint for/against the DCC police (again witnessed)

I have also made complaint against Asst. Chief Constable S Taylor. ASST CC
Taylor, is fully briefed/versed in the complaint by the DCC IAG LGBT strand
vice chair but the Asst.CC is not acting with honesty & integrity, or
transparency of conduct to have the FULL complaint against police investigated
properly.

No, I cannot complete your online form it is simply inadequate & ineffective.

Hence SIX HOURS of police videoed complaint, documentation, referrals & ref to
witnesses & statements presented during video-ing.

THE SIX HOURS OF POLICE VIDEO RECORDED VICTIM/WITNESS STATEMENT NOW BEING
dishonestly WITHELD BY DCC and refused to be released to the IPCC, is the
multiple interconected COMPLAINT of multiple interconnected police misconduct.

God, it's not for a lack of trying to obtain some integrity & honesty from the Devon & Cornwall police, but their police denial mentality & arrogance in their repeated demonstrated belief & attitude that gay people can be bullied and abused by police without the police worrying that a gay person may make a stand back.

Cornwall Police Diversity & Equality is a Joke!

"Would you knowingly invite a rapist or murderer into your home"?

No! Probably not.

Therefore, given that ALL the residents in our house (including my 78yr old mother) have been victims and/or witnesses to multiple incidents of Devon & Cornwall police misconduct, homophobic attitudes & practises & blatant intimidation...is it any wonder that any Cornwall police officers are no more welcome in our home than 'rapists or muderers' would be in other peoples homes!

It is because of our (family & tenants) factual knowledge & experience of widespread dishonesty, corruption & homophobic attitudes & practises amongst Cornwall police officers that we find Cornwall police officers forcing their way into out home (DC STONE & DC JAGO) on threat of arrest and without the police having a warrant & despite them repeatdly being asked outside "what did they want too know" is and was as aborant as would be having a convicted RAPIST or MURDER forcing their way into ones home.

ALL the residents in the house felt intimidated & threatened by these police officers behaviour. It is exactly police officers like DC JAGO & DC STONE who drive gay people to commit suicide!

NB: Cornwall has the highest level of LGBT suicides west of Hampshire & South of Gloustershire, and that does not include LGBT attempted suicides with direct police involvement.

In 2008 I attended the funeral of a gay friend who had committed suicide following being arrested by Cornwall police on alleged motoring offence. There were four know gay male suicides that year in Cornwall to my personal knowledge. To my knowledge there were gay attempted suicides as a DIRECT result of Cornwall police officer conduct...which DCC point-blank refuse to investigate!

It should be pointed out that NO allegation had been made against any member of the household on the occassion of JAGO & STONES visit, this was simply a regular Cornwall police visit we endure intended by Cornwall police to intimidate, threaten & persicute.

Ironically the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary Independent Advisory Group LGBT vice chair (who was present as an invited witness by members of the household, so distrustful, threatened & concerned are we of this deeply homophobic police force). Even the DCC IAG expressed his feeling of intimidation & the threatening situation instigated by the Cornwall police officers concerned.

I niavely used to simply believe police had a difficult job, now I am of the knowledge as a gay man that homophobia, dishonesty & corruption are still (protected) commonplace benchmarks of normal Devon & Cornwall police conduct & behaviour against gay persons...not to mention police arrogance, prejudice, disrimination & disregard of the law concerning gay people & our lives.

Based on my factual experiences, these days I have learned from Cornwall police to start from the position of probability that any Cornwall police officer encountered is a liar, dishonest & untrustworthy until they prove themselves to the contary.

Unfortunately, to date in my experience Cornwall police officers seldom prove themselves to be honest in their dealings with gay persons.

Devon & Cornwall Constabulary are still refusing to accept complaint, are declining to reply to emails and still refusing to release the six hours of video taped gay victim/witness statement, evidence & documentation regarding police intimidation, corruption , perjury, failure of duty of care, homophobic practises & attitudes, suppression of evidence by police, etc. recorded on 12th Feb & 22nd March 2010 by two officers of DCC CIOS diversity team.

06/07/2010: Todays email sent to Devon & Cornwall police headquarters via their own website which as has been their commonplace practise todate to deny reciept off. Hence I have taken to copy & pasting the emails into the public domain as a record.

Its not that I think the Devon & Cornwall police are homophobic, dishonest & corrupt as an organisation, I KNOW they are by factual experience and know from the IPCC investigation in 2004 that internal mail at police HQ in Exeter had no means of being tracked to deliver quality of service to the public. (IPCC finding 2004)

I get a letter (dated 25th June 2010) Their Ref:- PSD/CO/478/10 from Devon & Cornwall Constabulary Professional Standards Department Detective Superintendent Iain Grafton with a phone number connection. Rang the number to be told by police hes not based there...HOW PROFESSIONAL, the DS does not even give out the right number in his correspondence!!!

...but this is EXACTLY the obstructive policing Devon & Cornwall Constabulary employee to try to frustrate & obstruct investigation into criminal & homophobic activities of dishonest police officers.

When Devon & Cornwall Constabulary police officers like DC JAGO & DC STONE visit & force entry (without a warrant) on threat of arrest your home, intimidate & threaten the residents (including a 78yr old pensioner) ALL of whom are prior victims of homophobic policing in Cornwall & other Cornwall police abuse misconduct, these Cornwall police officers conduct can only be likened in its abuse, violating & traumatic impact to being like that of :- “having a former rape victim having the RAPIST’s relatives (the police) rifling through their victims underwear drawer”.

Also present to this abusive police incident as a witness was the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary Independent Advisory Group LGBT strand Vice Chair. He later admitted to feeling personally intimidated himself by the police process & attitude towards the predominately gay members of the household.

Additionally abusive is that Devon & Cornwall police REFUSE to accept recording of a complaint made against these thug officers JAGO & STONE for their intimidating & threatening manor towards the residents of the household.

Also recording of a complaint was refused by Devon & Cornwall Constabulary against Inspector Caroline Coad for failure of ‘Transparency of conduct’ (theoretically one of the basic parts of the police code of conduct) .... Insp. Coad who had PROMISED the gay victim of police abuses a copy of the video taped Six HOUR statement (This was a condition of the gay victim providing the statement & evidence of police violations & abuses)…who was now being refused by Devon & Cornwall Constabulary copy of the video tape to present to the IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission)

Of course the reason for the timing of this recent & further Cornwall police intimidation towards members of the mainly gay household by STONE & JAGO is the six hours of victim/witness video tape & documentation, witness statements, court documents etc. of multiple incidents of KNOWN, NAMED & IDENTIFIED Cornwall police officers for misconduct, failure of duty of care, perjury, threats, intimidation, homophobia, failure to act on homophobic assaults & incidents, suppression of evidence, as was provided & presented by one of the gay victims of Cornwall police intimidation & bullying on the 12th Feb & 22nd March 2010 to two police officers from the CIOS diversity unit .

The corrupt Devon & Cornwall Constabulary are suppressing this video tape witness statement, evidence & documentation due to the magnitude of dishonest Cornwall police officers involved (including senior police officers) in the abuse & homophobic motivated misconduct over a period of several years.

Detective Superintendent Iain GRAFTON of the ‘hilariously called’ Professional Standards Department has decided to collude in the refusing to investigate multiple incidents of Cornwall police abuses, misconduct & criminality over a prolonged period of years by dismissing the complaints without investigation.
