The reason… I was asked not too, in theory to give Devon & Cornwall police an opportunity to act upon SIX HOURS of video taped witness/victim statement, documentation & evidence regarding Cornwall police corruption, dishonesty & homophobic attitudes & practises…these police abuses which have led to attempted suicide of a gay person, destruction of gay owned business & intimidation, amongst other abuses & violations carried out by police against LGBT persons in Cornwall UK.
Well that was months ago (March 2010 first video made) I was asked to ease off the peddle….
…and despite involvement of a Cornwall police Inspector & personal involvement of Asst. Chief Constable Sharon Taylor…it seems to me after months of police failure to act honestly on the catalogue of police abuses, Cornwall police are utterly determined to sit on their hands & collaborate in continuing to cover up for corrupt, dishonest & homophobic practises of NAMED, KNOWN & IDENTIFIED Cornwall police officers.
The tragedy is a complaint made last year has NOT been acted upon (more corruption & cover up of Cornwall police abuse), the complaint against DC Parker of Cornwall CID & his DS who could not be bothered to pursue a person (JP) whom they acknowledged after two years in writing had made a FALSE allegation leading too victimisation of a gay person by police over the false serious arrestable offence (*which led to the gay victim of the false allegation attempting to take his own life due to homophobic police misconduct).
DC Parker said they could not find (or be bothered to find) the false accuser after TWO years of so-called investigation (funny police managed to serve a harassment order on him (JP) in 24hrs made by someone else) and lgbt persons tracked the false accuser down in ten mins…which police CID could not do in TWO YEARS, but then they were helping to cover up for their Cornwall Police plod mates misconduct, abuses & homophobic practises & attitudes.
However, local Cornwall LGBT intel has tragically revealed that this person Cornwall police just could not be bothered to find due to their incompetence & prejudice, has allegedly committed a serious sexual offence against a minor up country…Well if the bone-idle CID (DC Parker & his DS) at Camborne had acted upon acknowledged in writing FALSE allegation this scrot made against a gay victim of police instigated violations & crimes and actually arrested the person (JP) who made the false allegation instead of trying to cover up for their corrupt & homophobic Cornwall police colleagues, then the alleged serious sexual offence committed in Derby by JP…would not have taken place
…BUT THEN WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM A CORRUPT, DISHONEST & DEEPLY HOMOPHOBIC Cornwall police force in the UK…in particular the rot & corruption at Camborne & Helston police stations in recent years. (Nothing I won’t testify to in a court of law)
The good news is a judge is now applying pressure on Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, partly due to their refusal to answer Freedom of Information Act questions regarding multiple incidents & complaints of Cornwall police criminality, misconduct & failure of duty of care which have been buried & not investigated by this bent & corrupt in my factual knowledge & experience of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary police force…corrupt or what?
Other persons are pushing for a judicial revue of Cornwall police conduct & practises which have victimised LGBT persons in Cornwall over the last six years since DC Woods (now retired) started his homophobic hate campaign on the word of a homophobic women who actively encouraged her son to have underage sex with a 15yr old girl, because the mother was worried her son was gay (well he had had a boyfriend for years ironically). Police have chosen to cover this up as it starts to expose their total lack of impartiality, integrity & transparency of conduct when dealing with gay persons…in particular conduct by Insp. Mark Bolt formerly at Helston police station, who transferred to the Hotbed of Homophobia Camborne police station (Camborne, where police like to display homophobic posters in the police offices… with police officers coloured in pink & labelled gay)
Another little irony….a Cornwall police diversity officer who in an email told a gay victim (who had attempted suicide as a result of Cornwall police abuses) of Cornwall police corruption, dishonesty & homophobia to ‘BE QUIET’… has left the police force, yippee &….
Ho- bloody- RAH!!!
Thank goodness for that, this now x-copper formerly based in West Cornwall was in my experience a complete waste of space covering up for his corrupt police colleagues by trying to bully & intimidate gay victims of police abuses into silence…
THE BAD NEWS IS this x-copper, now no longer a PC but a Mr, has got a job as an LGBT Advocacy Officer for an organisation based in Devon which has abused, bullied & traumatised many other LGBT persons in Cornwall. This is bad news for gay victims in Cornwall of institutional abuses, crimes & violations as they will get shafted & stabbed in the back by this Devon based so-called LGBT organisation which gets hundreds of thousands of pounds in Lottery funding, but actually has f*cked over a fair few LGBT persons to my knowledge in Cornwall, Plymouth, Exeter & beyond!
So, NO, I do not trust the Intercom Trust.
To my bitter experience & factual knowledge, its not a question of ‘if’ there is a problem of Corruption, Dishonesty & Homophobic prejudice & discrimination at work in the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary…but just how far up the evolutionary food chain of command of this Cornwall police pond life the rot goes?
Cornwall police really are the problem & NO PART of a solution regarding hate crime & institutional abuse of LGBT persons. In particular in my experience & factual knowledge of the misconduct, dishonesty, corruption & homophobic attitudes & practises, trauma & adverse affect upon LGBT persons as carried out in various degrees and combinations by police officers named at the bottom of this article.
ALL of these Devon & Cornwall police officers named have contributed by their conduct &/or dishonesty, failure of duty of care, etc. to abuse, bullying, intimidation & violation of gay persons lives in Cornwall, this is to my factual knowledge to which I would testify too in a court of law!
Meanwhile Cornwall police continue to cover up the corruption & dishonesty of known, named & identifiable police officers (& some civilian staff at Exeter police HQ)
Devon & Cornwall Police Constabulary = they ARE the Homophobic Hate Crime problem!
