80% DISSATISFIED with Independent Police Complaints Commission
Government funded research revealed a shocking 80% of all people who made a complaint against the police to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) were dissatisfied or TOTALLY DISSATISFIED with the IPCC investigation
…The word WHITEWASH by the IPCC of police abuses, criminality & misconduct comes to mind having experienced EXACTLY that!
As one of the witnesses interviewed & who gave testimony & evidence for this research by the Criminal Research Dept. of Kings College University on behalf of the Government National Audit Office, I can categorically tell you the reader that the IPCC process is JUST as violating & victimising (and in my case homophobic) as the original police abuses, criminality & homophobic misconduct experienced in the first place.
Now please bear in mind I have as a victim of gross Cornwall police misconduct, criminality & homophobia been relentlessly attacked by some in the LGBT sycophantic organisations & groups in Cornwall for my daring to speak out & provide witness evidence not only to this research but also at the request of the Equality & Human Rights Commission into institutional breaches of Human Rights
No wonder the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary peddle the mantra if you have a complaint against the police contact the IPCC, Devon & Cornwall police totally confident in the knowledge that the IPCC will do diddlysquat about police criminality, homophobia & misconduct of corrupt & dishonest police officers!
