Government continues to deny gays protection against harassment

"The (*British) government is ignoring all requests to explain why its Equality Bill explicitly denies lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people protection against harassment. Protection is offered on the grounds of race, gender and disability, but not on the grounds of sexual orientation or transgender identity. Why are we excluded? It is time Labour gave us an explanation," said human rights campaigner Peter Tatchell of OutRage!

"I wrote to the Minister for Women & Equalities, Harriet Harman, nearly two months ago. Despite reminders, she has failed to offer any answers. Her stonewalling is disrespectful and disappointing. It is an insult to the whole lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community to refuse to explain why we are excluded from this legislation.

"These exclusions are not accidental omissions. They are explicitly written into the Equality Bill," said Mr Tatchell.

Below is a copy of a news release outlining OutRage's concerns regarding the explicit exclusion from the Equality Bill of protection from harassment on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender reassignment - and other related matters.

1) I would be grateful to receive from you an explanation for these harassment clause exclusions. We do not believe that they are justified and urgently request a government amendment to remove them - for the reasons stated below.

2) We also request that the protections for gender reassignment be redefined to cover the broader category of gender identity - see the news release below.

3) Finally, we ask that the government remove the exemption of faith schools from the curriculum requirements regarding sex and relationship education, as explained below.

Equality Bill discriminates

LGBTs excluded from anti-harassment clauses

"The Equality Bill should be renamed the Inequality Bill. While other vulnerable groups are protected against harassment, protection is denied to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people. We are explicitly excluded from the anti-harassment clauses of the bill," said Peter Tatchell of the LGBT human rights group OutRage!

"The government has failed to provide any rational, satisfactory explanation for this exclusion.

"This legislation is supposed to harmonise and standardise all equality laws, so that everyone has the same rights and protection. Sadly, it enshrines in law discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, in clauses 28, 32, 33, 34 and 82.

"No LGBT group supports this discriminatory legislation, except Stonewall. It claims that homophobic and transphobic harassment are not significant problems and can be dealt with under existing legislation. If this argument is true, and harassment is already covered adequately under other existing legislation, why does the Equality Bill need to outlaw harassment on the grounds of age, disability, race and sex? Why does it specifically and uniquely exclude harassment on the grounds of gender reassignment and sexual orientation - and, in some instances, on the grounds of religion or belief? Why the differential treatment?

"Since this bill is intended to create a uniform legislative framework, all forms of harassment should be covered by its clauses. There should be no exemptions.

"As it stands, the Equality Bill denies protection against homophobic harassment by school authorities, by the owners and managers of properties and by the providers of services. Such harassment is outlawed on the grounds of age, disability, race, sex and in some instances on the grounds of gender reassignment. But in no case does it offer protection against harassment on the grounds of sexual orientation.

"This omission gives a green light to homophobes. They won't face sanctions for homophobic harassment under this proposed law.

"LGBT organisations like Stonewall and School's Out are campaigning against homophobic and transphobic bullying in schools, some of which is perpetrated or tolerated by school staff according to a Stonewall survey of LGBT pupils.

"By excluding protection against harassment in schools on the grounds of gender reassignment and sexual orientation, this legislation is sending a signal to schools that the harassment of LGBT pupils need not be taken seriously.

"Exempting schools from the anti-harassment clauses is particularly shocking and unforgiveable, given the widespread bullying of LGBT pupils. We urge the government to amend the Equality Bill immediately.

"The legislation has an anti-transgender bias. Protection against harassment is restricted to those people who are proposing, or have undergone, gender reassignment, and transgender pupils in schools are excluded from the Bill's anti-harassment protections.

"The definition of transgender is too narrow. Trans people who are not yet planning, or have not yet undertaken, gender reassignment are left unprotected by the Equality Bill. The legislation should be amended to give protection on the wider grounds of gender identity, not the narrow grounds of gender reassignment.

"The Equality Bill has the overall good intention of harmonising and equalising all equality laws, to create a level legislative playing field. But this positive goal is undermined by the government's simultaneous announcement that it plans to exempt faith schools from its action plan to tackle homophobic prejudice and bullying. They will be allowed to teach sex and relationship education in accordance with their own religious values, which often include the idea that gay people are sinners, unnatural, immoral and inferior human beings.

"Such values reinforce homophobia, which can lead to homophobic harassment, discrimination and violence," said Peter Tatchell of OutRage!

(1) An Amenity Horticultural Business, providing me with a modest but comfortable income & employing several work placement students & others.
(2) An internet Art business selling my lawful & legal ‘homocentric’ (male centred) watercolour paintings.
At the time in 2004 I lived with my gay partner (R Mann) with whom I had lived with & been in a relationship with since 1998. We enjoyed two foreign holidays a year, had then a wide social network of friends within the gay community & beyond.

March 2004
Cornwall police actively began their concerted & homophobic motivated actions against me in a multitude of actions based on their homophobic stance opinions attitudes & practises.

Since 2004
I have been victim of violent homophobic assaulted twice
There have been thefts from my property
There have been acts of wanton vandalism upon my vehicles parked on my property
There have been threats of physical violence made against me
My pensioner mother abused by Cornwall police, as have her tenants
There has been an attempted extortion made against me
Others have been intimidated & abused by Cornwall police misconduct
My home has been raided ‘twice’ by police
I have been arrested on false allegation ‘twice’
Cornwall police have destroyed BOTH of my business through their deliberate misconduct & prejudicially based actions
I have attempted suicide twice as a direct result of Cornwall police homophobic motivated actions & failure of duty of care & police refusal to act on complaints.
Police have maliciously suppressed witness evidence & statements
This is only SOME of the list of abuses which Cornwall police have failed to act upon or are directly responsible for having carried out since 2004.
I have been targeted by police relentlessly, with un-logged visits & police stops.
I now suffer with medically diagnosed ‘Severe Anxiety & Depression’ this as a direct result of Cornwall police misconduct & targeted homophobic motivated abuse
I now live on incapacity benefit & suffer from agoraphobia, no longer drive & only leave my rural isolated home in company of a witness due to direct genuine & justifiable fear of yet further Cornwall police homophobic reprisals & victimisation to that I have already witnessed & experienced since 2004.

It is a fact of my experience of multiple Cornwall police misconduct, practises & homophobic attitudes since 2004, that multiple police officers have individually &/or collectively acted & contributed to homophobic prejudice against me (& others).
Cornwall police misconduct, prejudice, failure of duty of care, criminality, withholding of evidence, perjury, deliberate misdirection of the facts, amongst numerous other issues, etc. against me as an ‘out’ a gay man.

Despite relentless Cornwall police intimidation, my being targeted & arrested twice on false allegation, (on each occasion being solely the only ‘out’ gay person arrested out of a group of persons all taking part equally lawfully & legally), two raids upon my home, multiple other incidents intended deliberately by Cornwall police to intimidate & bully me as an out gay man & gay & HIV/AIDS campaigner on gay equality issues for over twenty years.

Despite corrupt & dishonest police & others deliberate misinformation circulated.
Since 2004 when police began this intimidation of me as a gay man:-

(I) Contrary to misinformation malicious circulated I have NOT been charged with any criminal offence since police began their homophobic vendetta in 2004
(II) Contrary to misinformation malicious circulated I have NOT been prosecuted for any criminal offence since police began their homophobic vendetta in 2004
(III) Contrary to misinformation malicious circulated I have NOT been convicted for any criminal offence since police began their homophobic vendetta in 2004

Equally, Cornwall police have failed to act upon ANY of the offences carried out AGAINST me as a gay victim of multiple incidents, due to the complicity of other Cornwall police officers involved!

Cornwall police have relentlessly persecuted me as an ‘out’ gay man since 2004, police misconduct has had a direct adverse affect upon my health & well being, adversely affected ability to conduct my prior lawful businesses, police have traumatised & abused me repeatedly as a gay man based upon Cornwall police misconduct, actions, lies & abuse.

In the absence of an honest police complaints system, I publicly name below some of the Devon & CORNWALL police officers I KNOW & positively identify as being directly responsible by their contribution to the catalogue of abuse & homophobia directed against me since 2004.

The Devon & Cornwall Constabulary has been repeatedly made aware of incidents of police abuse via email since 2004, but chose at an operational level to ignore them repeatedly.

As have, the Cornwall Police Authority chosen to ignore information sent them.

As have the equally homophobic Independent Police Complaints Commission, who also have ignored repeated emails since 2004 as each new incident has occurred since

(Sept 2009: The IPCC still continue to disregard & ignore reported incidents since 2004 of the combined & total impact & adverse affect of ALL the reported multiple abuses directed against me as carried out by Cornwall police)

Devon & Cornwall Constabulary have refused Freedom of Information Act questions to hide corruptly the police abuses, which have been carried out.

Since 2004: Cornwall police have relentlessly targeted me as a gay man based upon homophobic motivated false allegation & Cornwall police failure of duty of care, lack of integrity, lack of impartiality & lack of transparency, failure to follow police procedure (True Vision & CPS definition of homophobic incident) regarding homophobic incidents & complaints, police have disregarded laws on equality for homosexuals & even HUMAN RIGHTS, including freedom of expression, including the suppression by police of witness statements, intimidation of witnesses & corruption & falsification of blatant lies by some identified police officers & other employees of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary involved

There is NO QUESTION based upon my factual experience & that of others regarding the police officers named above.

A young woman was kicked and punched by two teenage girls after defending her gay brother from their homophobic abuse.

Kea Clarke, 22, from Topsham, was walking with her brother Rowan through Exeter city centre between 3.30am and 4am on Sunday morning.

She told the Exeter Express and Echo the teenagers had been shouting homophobic insults at Rowan, 21.

When Clarke told them: "So what if my brother is gay?", one of the girls punched her in the face. After Clarke tried to laugh off the attack, they hit her until she fell to the ground, where they began kicking her.

When she managed to scramble to her feet to flee, an object was thrown at the back of her head.

Clarke, who was left with heavy bruising, said she was "shocked" that people could be so homophobic and added she would not go out in Exeter again.

Police are appealing for any witnesses of the attack, in Sidwell Street near St Sidwell's Church, to come forward.

The teenage girls, who Clarke believed were drunk, were both described as having dark hair.

This year 2009 Cornwall Council are carrying out a review of Homelessness in Cornwall

Cornwall Homeless CASE THREE:- SIMONE (Not quite his real name) 2004-

In the previous two Cornwall youth homelessness cases I wrote factual accounts of Cornish students ‘Daniel’ & ‘Johnathan’(not their actual names) . There was little or no real direct Cornwall authority input, assistance, support or understanding by Cornwall’s inadequate & discriminatory ‘so-called’ professionals as to the depth of the problem of youth homelessness in particular around issues of sexuality & the aggravated factor of continued gross Cornwall police & other Cornwall institutional authority homophobic discrimination attitudes & abuse practises towards & against gay/bisexual persons.

As a self-employed businessman I had in the years I ran my business employed a dozen or more youths. The local college had approached me to take on ‘difficult’ and or ‘dysfunctional’ (the actual college terms of description used for the youths) students in my business on work placement. Having checked on the legality of my doing so with several organisations including Citizen Advice, a considerable number of these work placement students successfully achieved nationally recognised qualifications (NVQ I & II) through working for my business prior to its total destruction by continued & repeated homophobic motivated targeting of me as a gay man by the Cornwall police officers named throughout this blog. Many of these students had attained no other qualification at all whilst in the Cornwall school education system.

In this next factual account the case of ‘Simone’(not quite his actual name), in which Cornwall social services did have regular and direct input…and the Cornish Authorities still failed abysmally due to their homophobic attitudes prevalent within & throughout Cornwall Council social services and the now well established grossly homophobic & abusive vile Cornwall police force practises against gay persons.

Helston College failed to inform when sending a particular student to work for my business of his known & acknowledged history of mental health issues. Helston College also failed to inform me of their knowledge of juvenile criminal records of some of the other students they sent to work for my business. Only much later did I discover the authority acknowledged mental health status of one student and the authority known criminal records of some other students sent by the College to work for my business. Students were solely appointed & allocated by the College to work for my business where & when the business had a work placement vacancy. These facts homophobic police officer DC Scott later repeatedly lied about.

Clearly since my business ran from my mothers home where I lived with my gay partner with whom I had been in a relationship with for seven years, all the students employees were aware of my ‘out’ gay sexuality.

‘Simone’ another student sent to work for my business on work placement by Helston College. ‘Simone’s best friend was ‘Jonathan’ the student who my mother had taken in as a tenant when he was made homeless on his 16th birthday. ‘Simone’ 16yrs old was openly gay and was (I later learned had been for some considerable time) been having a casual homosexual relationship with 17yr old ‘Daniel’ the bisexual student employee threatened repeatedly with being made homeless by his Cornish mother. By the time I became aware of the homosexual physical relationship between ‘Daniel ‘& ‘Simone’ both were over the legal age of consent at 16yrs old.

NB :- When Simone 16yrs old choose a plastic novelty willy keyring & a pair of Tesco novelty underpants as a Christmas secret Santa gift 2003 for Daniel his 17yr old casual bisexual boyfriend Cornwall police homophobically attempted to prosecute me as their employer for this gift between two youths both over the legal age of consent as it being ‘Sexual Grooming’ on my part as their employer!

Simone was kicked out of his Helston home at 16yrs old by his parents Jan 2004 as I later learned this was for his destructive & violent physical behaviour at his parents home. He was at the time working for my business via College work placement. His social worker placed him in a Bed & Breakfast in the rural village of Ashton six miles from the nearest town.

There was no food facility in the evenings & the youth was only in receipt of EMA allowance and any overtime payment he received through my business. (The EMA system specifically prevented the payment of wages by the work placement business to students during college hours).

Simone would frequently eat evening meals several times a week at our home at the invitation of my mother & in the total absence of any evening food provision by his social worker at his isolate B&B rural accommodation. Simone would also stay the night at the invitation of his friend Jonathan, a student tenant in my mothers house and with my mothers permission (Simone was given/allocated use of his own bedroom by my mother as it is a former six bedroom guesthouse my mother owns)

Despite logistical problems in continuing with his NVQ work placement Simone was moved to a B& B in Porthleven which he then had to leave due to some disputed problem/ issue with the landlady & then was moved again by his Social Worker to a bedsit in Pool, nr Camborne.

At the bedsit at Pool he encountered considerable homophobic abuse & physical threats. The homophobic abuse had a considerable negative impact upon him. However, police, social services nor the housing association, none of these homophobic professional bodies in Cornwall was willing to do anything about homophobic physical threats & misconduct of other tenants towards the 16yr old student.

Ignoring or condoning of homophobia by failure to act on ‘duty of care’ is a commonplace regular benchmark of Cornwall police, Cornwall social services, youth services, education services & housing institutions in Cornwall then in 2004 & still having affect in 2009.

Simone asked my mother for temporary sanctuary accommodation in her home. This my mother willingly gave the student Simone at no cost due to the severity of her concerns about the homophobic physical threats & intimidation he was receiving at the social services placement at the housing authority bedsit in Pool.

Circumstances which Cornwall police (DC Scott in particular & others) have abusively lied repeatedly about due to their homophobic stance, attitudes & practises, abusive police conduct & behaviour. Police homophobia, which is still actively protected within the Devon & Cornwall constabulary under the command of Chief Constable Stephen Otter, today in 2009.

In Nov 2004, following a family, staff, friends & neighbour firework/bonfire party & subsequent discovery a few days later of his use of my computer in his corroboration with another to set up a website advocating self-harm by ‘cutting’ the student Simone moved out of my mothers home. I was made more fully aware of some of his (and another persons) mental health issues by the tenant Jonathan and their misuse of my computer, camera & other equipment.

Police Officer DC Scott later committed perjury in Crown Court regarding this matter (& other perjury committed by DC Scott) & corruptly withheld numerous witness statements regarding the false nature of the allegations homophobically motivated & made by DC Scott & other corrupt & dishonest police officers & employees of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.

On moving back to his housing association bedsit at Pool he was greeted with the stinking rotting corpse of a dead 2ft long dogfish which had been left, according to his then neighbour by other residents in the bedsit complex outside of his room. He moved again shortly after to a one bedroom cottage in Helston, where I understand there have continued as a result of his conduct to be problems between himself and neighbours & he is currently under warning of eviction as a result.

In Jan 2005 regrettably the student Simone, having been refused return to Helston College to continue with his NVQ qualification in Sept 2004 & despite my having obtained him a Skills Council grant for him to continue his work placement NVQ via Duchy College, the student gave up his work placement. He gave up due by his own admission of having developed a homosexual relationship with my (then) former partner who no longer lived with me as well as the casual relationship Simone continued to have with the bisexual student Daniel.

I was made aware of the gay/bisexuality of a number of the students which worked for my business & my being a former trustee of the Cornwall HIV/AIDS council & a former gay men’s voluntary worker for the GU Clinic & having lost a dear former partner of my own as a direct result of HIV/AIDS, I was genuinely concerned by the lack of sexual health knowledge & awareness expressed by the students & the sexual health risk behaviour they informed me off between multiple sexual partners of theirs both male & female.

I arranged in work time for those students who wished too, to visit the GU Clinic to obtain professional sexual health advice & to receive inoculations against hepatitis, a preventable sexually transmitted disease, but one that is potentially terminal.

This responsible arranging for students to obtain professional sexual health guidance and advice from health professionals was described by DC Scott of Devon & Cornwall police as ‘Sexual Grooming’. DC Scott is a bloody disgrace to police, a blatant homophobe & has no place being a police officer anywhere due to his homophobic attitudes & practises against gay persons!

Unfortunately DC Scott & other homophobic police are still protected in 2009 their misconduct & prejudice by the embedded homophobic attitudes of senior officers of the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.

At every stage whilst the student ‘Simone’ & the other students were in work placement from 2004 onwards Cornwall police conducted themselves relentlessly with deliberate & calculated homophobic stances, attitudes & presumptions against gay persons in dishonest police gross misconduct, failure of duty of care & even blatant police criminality by police suppressing of evidence, etc.

Imagine how it feels for me as a gay man when I look at any Cornwall police officer in 2009, I can only imagine it is comparable to a Jew looking upon an Arian Neo-Nazi.

These abusive & homophobic Cornwall police officers are still protected by their Chief Constable in their homophobic attitudes & practises. The affect & impact of repetitive & multiple violating homophobic Cornwall police abuse trauma against oneself, as a gay person does not just simply go away, it leaves a deep and visible scar, which is manifest physically as the content of this blog.

This year Cornwall Council are carrying out a review of Homelessness in Cornwall

Previously, I wrote a factual account about ‘Daniel’ (not his real name), a former 16yr old bisexual student employed through my then business. In 2003 ‘Daniel’ was threatened with homelessness by his Cornish mother & the grossly homophobic attitudes & practises of abusive Cornwall Police officers, DC Scott, DC Woods & Inspector Mark Bolt in their prejudicial homophobic attack upon me personally & in homophobic conspiracy with others against me as a ‘gay man’, for my having directed the student to professional & impartial youth advice from Cornwall Share youth project & the then Kerrier Housing Dept.

Cornwall Homeless CASE TWO:- JOHNATHAN (Not quite his real name) 2004-2007

Today I write a factual account about CASE TWO :- ‘Johnathan’ (Not his real name).

Another student employee through my former business. My business sent students on work placement as part of their gaining an NVQ qualification. My business later destroyed by the repeated Cornwall police homophobic attitudes & practises from 2004. In particular that homophobic motivated abuse carried out by DC Woods, DC Scott, Inspector Bolt & DC Anning, but there were & STILL ARE other Cornwall police actively & directly involved in homophobic police conduct, the affects of which are still on going in 2009.

‘Jonathan’ started work for my business in 2003. I was made aware through the College work placement officer that ‘Jonathan’ was often discovered by Helston police sleeping rough around Helston, which social services did nothing about. Well no surprise there given what I know about Cornwall Social Services! The student employee lived in caravan in a trailer park in Helston with his then unemployed father with whom he shared a bedroom up until an older sister later moved out. The student’s mother deceased.

I rapidly learned from the student employee, college staff & other business staff that the student was repeatedly told by his father, apparently from the age of 13yrs onwards that he was going to be made homeless as of his 16th birthday, Feb 2004. I enquired as to what his (useless) Cornwall social worker had advised the student or was doing about the students impending looming homeless situation. The reply regarding Cornwall Social Services advice & support to the student was always the same, his appointed social services worker had done ‘NOTHING’ to advise or assist the Cornish student. Tax payers could save a fortune & improve or affect no negative change, the lives of so many people by simply getting rid of ALL social workers!

Eventually, ‘Johnathan’ expressed he would have to give up his work placement & NVQ qualification and he was seriously considering moving to, of all places, Mexico to live with an older sister since he felt he had no other options and had received NO support or advice from either the Helston College or his Social Worker.

I raised my concern with Helston College as to his impending homelessness situation as the student was progressing well with his NVQ qualification. No help was forth coming from the professionals (I use the word loosely) employed at Helston Community College.

In the complete absence of any professional Cornwall education system or social services assistance, I directed the student ‘Jonathan’ faced with impending homelessness to professional impartial youth advice through Cornwall SHARE (co-funded by Cornwall County Council). This directing of a worried student for impartial professional housing advice, later condemned by Cornwall police officer DC Scott as ‘inappropriate’?

My mother owns & lives in a large former six-bedroom Cornwall guesthouse, where I also lived at the time with my long term male partner with who I had lived with then in a gay relationship for some seven years. My business was also based and run from our home.

The student ‘Johnathan’ known to my mother through my business, my business being based at her home. She liked the student ‘Johnathan’ & in knowledge of his impending homelessness offered him, under the government ‘Room to let scheme’, a rented room in her house as her lawful and legal tenant, where my mother lived. (Something that homophobic Cornwall police DC Scott later repeatedly lied, & lied& lied about in the course of their homophobic motivated police vendetta against me, still on going in 2009).

Jonathan’s father wrote a letter of estrangement & kicked the 16yr old student youth out of his trailer park home on the students 16th birthday in February 2004 making him homeless.

Whereupon, in complete absence of any Cornwall authority assistance to the homeless youth, at the invitation of my mother, he moved into my mothers home as her lawful tenant. There was no assistance from Cornwall Social Services or Helston College to the 16yr old student forthcoming at any point leading up to his impending homelessness. Cornwall police homophobic ‘wankers’ later called this in appropriate!

In the absence of any Cornwall professional youth support, it was initially a win-win arrangement. My mother received additional income as a cash poor pensioner, I kept a then valued member of staff in my business, and the student had a home and was able to continue with his NVQ qualification.

In March 2004 Cornwall police stepped up their homophobic intimidation of me as an ‘out’ gay man following my press release in the West Briton regarding a meeting I was assisting with, to be held on investigation of Cornwall homophobic ‘policing in the gay community’ in conjunction with the Intercom Trust.

Tweedle DC Woods homophobically contributed to the cancellation & forced relocation of the LGBT meeting on the 27th March 2004. DC Woods also maliciously contributed to my being sacked from employment & in conjunction with Tweedle DC Scott, Tweedle DC Woods maliciously acted upon homophobically motivated & abusive prejudicial anti-gay false allegations made by the homophobic mother of the student ‘Daniel’(see yesterdays blog).

I would be willing to testify in a Court of Law as to the various & catalogue of homophobic motivated lies both DC Woods & DC Scott contributed too in the IPCC police misconduct investigation in 2004, but that would mean the authorities looking with some honestly at the entire catalogue of abuses carried out by homophobic Cornwall police since 2004, including conduct collusion by senior homophobic police officers right to the very top. How you doing former Deputy Chief Constable Nigel Arnold?

Given the IPCC habit of covering up police abuse (ie: Charles De Menezes tube station execution & Ian Tomlinson G20 killing) and my own experience of the corrupt nature of the IPCC, well justice & truth are simply the first casualty of IPCC involvement in their covering up police abuses. I have more faith in my improbable ability to boil water with an ice cube than I do these days in any honesty or integrity of police as an organisation & the equally flawed IPCC.

Subsequently, the student ‘Johnathan’ & his best friend another student business employee ‘Simone’ (not his real name, a student who was openly gay) were both declined/refused return to Helston College in September 2004 to complete their NVQ II qualification of which both students were two thirds complete.

I rapidly arranged through my business for both student employees through the government Training & Skills council for the students to continue their NVQ II qualification via Duchy Horticultural College, nr Camborne. Duchy College, one of the few places in Cornwall I have encountered where the welfare of gay/bisexual students is genuinely taken seriously.

Unlike Helston College, Duchy College has proven track record to be most supportive of gay/bisexual students and does not harbour or tolerate the sort of homophobic attitudes, bullying & inherent & accepted anti-gay abuse practise prevalent within Helston College educational regime.

The student ‘Johnathan’ remained a tenant of my mother for some 18months. However continued homophobic motivated Cornwall police intimidation, abuse & misconduct continued to be targeted against myself as a gay man and my businesses. Numerous Cornwall police really are to my knowledge & experience HOMOPHOBIC SCUM!

In November 2004, Cornwall police acting on homophobic motivated false allegation made by the mother of the student ‘Daniel’ and in criminal conspiracy with another female, police kicked in the front door at 7am one morning, raided my home & seized a computer used by all the residents in the house. Cornwall police were later to corruptly withhold dozens of defence witness statements from a court of law, indicative of the depth of the problem of homophobic motivated corruption within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, including at Middlemoor police headquarters at Exeter.

This homophobic abuse would not have been possible without the malicious intent & homophobic support of Devon & Cornwall police officers like DC Woods, DC Scott, Inspector Bolt, DC Anning, custody officers at Camborne and other homophobic employees subsequently corruptly involved at Devon & Cornwall Constabulary HQ in Middlemoor, Exeter.

Cornwall police then tried to prosecute me for legitimate & lawful paintings, completely contrary to the Human Rights Act ‘Freedom of Expression’. Cornwall police completely destroyed my Art businesses & later police had to admit in civil Crown Court that there were NO illegal images upon the computer.

However NOTHING has ever been done about the destruction by police of my businesses by their homophobically motivated actions & Chief Constable Stephen Otter has completely ignored ALL correspondence on this matter, underlining his personal complicity in perpetuating homophobic abuse of gay people.

However, because DC Anning, yet another HOMOPHOBIC Cornwall police officer in my experience, who (proven by the IPCC) had withheld my computer long after it had been returned to her by the forensic police dept. This malicious vile police conduct by Anning destroyed my Art business & the withholding by corrupt Cornwall police of my other business records, tax details, etc. by this malicious, homophobic & corrupt police officer DC Anning based then at Camborne police station, contributed directly through her homophobic motivated police malice to the contraction & eventual later collapse of my businesses. Homophobic Bitch!

This deliberate & malicious homophobic conduct attitude & practises of Cornwall police, supported by senior Devon & Cornwall Police officers, lead directly to my attempted suicide. Honesty is NOT a common practise or trait amongst the vast majority of the dishonest Cornwall police officers I have unfortunately encountered.

Following theft & crash of a motorbike by ‘Johnathan’ one of my business student employees, he became involved with an older gay man from Penzance who I later learned was supplying Class A & B drugs. The student ‘Johnathan disappeared for days at a time, staying with this older gay man, often failing to return for work or when re-appearing the student not in a fit state to work. I believed as a result of drugs. He became violent towards myself, my then live in partner (a serving member of the Royal Navy, which the dishonest & corrupt DC Scott even denied the existence off my then partner in a court of law) and towards another student tenant in the house.

I raised my concerns with the Duchy College student liaison officer as felt I had no choice but to sack the student ‘Johnathan’ due to drug induced state & his repeated failure to attend work in a fit state. Unlike Helston Community College, the liason officer at Duchy took my concerns for the student seriously. However, I held off sacking the student employee ‘Johnathan’ and agreed to wait until he had completed his NVQ II qualification in just a few weeks.

The student employee ‘Johnathan’ subsequently moved out of my mothers home, owing her hundreds of pounds in unpaid rent, and owing hundreds of pounds for a motorbike he had taken & crashed in a motor vehicle incident. He moved into the home of a gay man in his forties (Ian) in Penzance. I had also become aware the student was sexually involved with another gay man from the Camborne area.

In January 2007 following the suspicious & alleged drug related sudden death of the older gay man from Penzance the former student employee was arrested and held for questioning by Cornwall police regarding the suspicious death of the older Penzance gay man, but the former student employee later released without charge. Given Cornwall police misconduct to date I’m really surprised they did not try to blame the death on me, such is the homophobic driven corruption within Cornwall police force. Perhaps it was simply that the Cornwall police were temporarily satisfied that t least one ‘faggot’ had died.

By this time in January 2007, my business had collapsed entirely through continuous police intimidation; I had attempted suicide as a direct consequence of relentless and repeated homophobic motivated Cornwall police abuse intimidation & misconduct deliberately directed against me specifically as a gay man since 2004. The abuse impact & affect of Cornwall police dishonesty, corruption, failure of duty of care, lack of integrity, lack of impartiality and complete lack of transparency of conduct along with continued homophobic attitudes & practises is still on going in 2009.

Cornwall police are in general loathsome homophobic scum in my experience of widespread numerous accepted & protected abusive homophobic Cornwall police officers named & identified throughout this blog.

The Cornwall police remain in 2009 to my factual knowledge & experience the primary prejudicial abusers still carrying out institutional homophobic conduct & contributing to continued malicious violations against gay persons. Cornwall police contribute actively with the support of senior rank officers to the homelessness problem in Cornwall in a negative discriminatory & prejudicial way; maliciously against both young persons & gay/bisexual persons.

Some days are just very, very ‘strange’

…Or “How I got from Cornish Mermaids, via ‘Duck Cocks’ to the ‘Icelandic Penis Museum”!

So there I was innocently researching information about Cornish Mermaids (of which in Cornish folklore & legend there have been quite a few ie; Zennor, Seaton, Padstow & Lamorna). This for an article I was writing about C19th PT Barnum’s infamous Feejee (or Fiji) Mermaid hoax and my own personal example of a cryptozoology specimen of a Cornish mermaid, when…

Well, you know how it is with the internet; you start innocently at ‘X’ and before long through various innocuous & perfectly innocent well intentioned links you end up with ‘KY’ (lube pun intended).

One of the articles I read about Mermaids, a few mentioned the male Mermen having no sexual organs. Well I thought, neither do sea mammals like whales & dolphins ‘externally visibly’, but somewhere in my ecliptic mind, I recalled something about whales having the largest penis in the animal world. So, off I bimbled about on the WWW to look up the largest penis in the world
...which as it happens is the Blue Whale coming in at eye watering various estimate of between 8ft & 16ft long!

The question being, since the full measure of a whales ‘sholng’ could only be measured whilst (a) alive & (b) whilst sexually aroused, who in their right mind is going to go paddling armed with an expanding ruler to measure up a sexual horny beastie waving around a lump of meat longer than your average family saloon car?

I drifted into more internet info about the volume of semen said to be ejaculated by a Blue Whale with estimates up too 400 gallons a shot…and the speculation as to ‘Why’ the sea tastes salty! 400 gallons is more than the volume of tepid liquid in an average Jacuzzi, but where as the saltiness of the sea could not possibly be caused by sperm ejaculated into the oceans...errr, the same could not be said for cause of the saltiness of the water in the average hot tub, Owerrr!

There was various speculation that the size of the testicles of a Blue Whale, although impressive weighing in at around 25 pounds apiece could in no way produce that much ‘Jiz’ in one, err, go!?

I thought all the information was boullucs & a bit fishy despite the information of yet another comparison, stating that the southern right whale -- which has testicles even larger than the blue whale's, weighing in a half-a-ton apiece -- produces around 5 gallons of ejaculate in a single mating session.

Begging the question ‘who in their right mind puts on a rubber suit & measures these statistics?’

Personally, some of the biggest pricks I have encountered are not those of the ‘blue’ whale but DO wear ‘blue’ uniforms, but that’s another story already well documented on this blog.

My mind wandered from that onto a joke about scientific research & a diuretic incontinent elephant & the poor monkey trained to put the cork back...but yet another story for another day.

The good news is I discovered that amongst all the ape & primate species ‘Man’ comes in with the proportionately largest dick. Gorillas, despite being pretty big hairy beasties, apparently they have a really quite small penis no thicker or longer than a pencil. So, you could really insult some one by saying they are hung like a gorilla, lol.

Having said that ‘dick size’ (I’m personally pleased to have reconfirmed) has nothing to do with sexual activity or ability to perform, either in the human, ape or primate world. Apparently it has been proved that bonobo (which is also wrongly named "dwarf chimpanzee") has more sex, more often and much more varied than human beings (BONOBO having sex with both males & females & right across the age range, no gender or ageist discrimination amongst the Bonobo then) - but about bonobo penis size….. nah, they got little dicks!

So ‘what’ has got the biggest dick in the world?

Well the longest proportionate to body size is apparently a ‘duck!
The Argentine Blue-bill or Argentine Lake Duck (Oxyura vittata) is a small South American stiff duck. No, seriously, it’s called a stiff duck. What is weird is that most birds do not even have a penis, except ostriches (and related groups, like kiwi and tinamous), ducks, geese and swans.

Bird penis in flaccid state are curled up inside the body. Well, a specimen of Argentine blue-bill duck had a remarkable 42.5 cm (17 inches) long penis (the average length of this species is apparently 20 cm (8 inches))! The flaccid penis is coiled, but fully erect is twice the size of the bird: That is like a human male having a 3.5 m (12 feet) penis... which brings us back to whale cock length!

The leap to The Icelandic Phallological Museum (Icelandic: Hið Íslenzka Reðasafn) in Husavik, Iceland (formerly in Reykjavik) a museum devoted to phallology or simple put, the collecting of ‘cocks’, was a relatively short internet right of penis passage.

As of July 2006, the museum houses 245 specimens of penis displayed. The museum attempts to collect penis specimens from every mammal in Iceland.

For Gods sake...Why?

Sigurður Hjartarson, a former teacher of history at an institute in Reykjavík, is the founder and current director of the museum, which also exhibits a few specimens from mammals not living in Iceland, as well as folkloric or cryptozoology specimens (alleged elves, trolls, sea monsters,… inc mermaids? ).

This year 2009 Cornwall Council are carrying out a review of Homelessness in Cornwall

…Despite the best efforts of PC Steve Cannon of Cornwall Police Diversity Officer to EXCLUDE me from taking part in the Cornwall Council Homeless Review through LGBT PACT, I have been kindly passed a copy of the Council questionnaire survey 2009 from elsewhere.

So, what do I know about homelessness in Cornwall?

This is Case One of several cases of regarding homelessness in Cornwall I will be submitting to Cornwall Council……and ALL are stained with typical Cornish Institutional Homophobic Abuse…in particular abuses carried out by the deeply vile homophobic Cornwall police force!!!

PC Cannon Diversity Officer (certainly not a police officer I trust anymore) due to his efforts in emails to intimidate, bully & prevent me from giving information about police abuses surrounding homelessness in Cornwall. I remain quite determined to provide information regarding police abuse surrounding homelessness in Cornwall .

Cornwall Homeless CASE ONE :- Daniel (Not quite his real name)

In 2003: I had working for my then business a 16yr old student member of staff, we will call him ‘Daniel’. The student informed me his Cornish mother was repeatedly threatening to throw him out of his home onto the streets since she had recently spread her legs & dropped another baby ‘sprog’ by a different father.

In concern for the then student’s obvious distress at repeated threats of being kicked out by his Cornish mother, I reported this student’s situation to Helston College work placement liaison officer…who of course being part of the Cornwall education system… they did Jack Schitt for the welfare & well being or duty of care for their student faced with being homeless.

Over several weeks, the threat of being made homeless was adversely affecting the students’ ability to work, so I took it upon myself as his employer to take him to Cornwall SHARE youth advice for 14-24yr olds (funded by Cornwall County Council) & to the then Kerrier District Council Housing Dept for him to receive impartial professional housing advice.

The FACT that I had become aware from the student Daniel himself, and his then casual gay student boyfriend & from other students, that the 16/17yr old student working for me was bisexual & was having a homosexual relationship with another male student….and had been for YEARS prior to the 16yr old student ever coming to work for my business.

Given that his mother was already threatening to kick him out on the streets, clearly, I was NOT then going to inform his blatantly HOMOPHOBIC mother of her son’s homosexual/bisexual sexual relationships with, both male & female students. (Which by then was a perfectly legal homosexual relationship ‘Daniel’ was having with another male student, both students being over the lawful age of homosexual consent at 16yrs.

Which I might add was theoretically effective 1st of Jan 2001, but Law in Cornwall is different to the rest of the UK as the homophobic Judge Rucker stated in Crown Court in 2006 as it being effective as of May 2004, not Jan 2001, but when has Justice EVER had anything to do with the Cornish legal judicial system’s continued sanctioned abuse of gay persons in Cornwall carried out by police & others homophobes in the legal system!

However, the students homosexual behaviour YEARS prior to the student working for my business or being known to me was according to these two vile homophobic police officers, & the homophobic mother, somehow homosexually influenced by my being an ‘out’ gay man?

Just how these deeply homophobic Cornwall police concluded I was, in their twisted anti-gay prejudicial minds, responsible for the students homosexual behaviour with another student YEARS prior to him ever working for my business or my knowing him I could never actually work out???

(Yes, the same women who later criminally conspired with another ( aided in their corroboration by corrupt & homophobic Cornwall police officers) in making false allegation of a serious alleged arrest able offence, plus she screamed homophobic abuse… ‘fucking queer’ at me in the streets in front of a witness & spread a fact less malicious rumour that I had HIV/AIDS. His mother even providing the student, her son, with condoms for when the 15yr old girl stayed over night with him. I know this as I had to collect him for work from his mothers flat where the15yr old girl would be wandering around half naked some mornings, her having slept overnight with the student in his bedroom to the full knowledge & complicity of his mother) in combination with grossly homophobic Cornwall police, tweedle DC Woods & tweedle DC Scott…these prejudicial & homophobic police officers DECIDED that the student receiving professional advice from Cornwall SHARE & Kerrier Housing having been directed there by me a ‘faggot’, was somehow, because I am ‘gay’… as ‘Sexual Grooming’?

This homophobic abuse is still & has been completely buried & ignored by senior police officers like Chief Constable Stephen Otter & his equally corrupt homophobic predecessors like CC Maria Wallis & even Act. CC Nigel Arnold, who both also contributed to police homophobic abuse during this period from 2004 up until the present in 2009, along with Cornwall Police Authority, the hilarious joke called police ‘Professional Standards’ fiasco & the equally worthless & totally ineffectual police abuse cover up department, the IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission).

…and what happened to the bisexual student?

Well he WAS thrown out of his mothers flat in Helston and moved in with his grandparents in Camborne for a while. He did however, successfully obtained an NVQ qualification as a direct result of working for my business prior to homophobic Cornwall police completely destroying my business entirely through repeated police homophobic motivated threats & Cornwall police motivated homophobic intimidation directed at me (which lead to attempted suicides on my part through DIRECT Cornwall police homophobic abuse, attitudes, practises & misconduct). The student continued his on/off casual sexual relationship with his student boyfriend for several years, until he became engaged, married & had a baby with his now wife. For all I know he may still have a relationship with his former casual boyfriend.

NB:-, the bisexual student Daniel’s now brother-in-law, is his previous student boyfriend’s brother, some might say how very Cornish, keeping it in the family.

That’s shocking! How can I possibly say such a thing...very, very easily since it is the plain TRUTH of my simple factual experience of Cornwall police!

Cornwall Police ARE worse & far more abusive than Paedophiles I knew as a child!

The above picture is me as a kid, awrrr, some might even say I was cute...back then. However, not too long after the above photo of me was taken I became involved as a child in a paedophile ring.

These identified police scum have violated more than ANY abuse, I experienced from ANY paedophile I encountered as a child…and I encountered quite a few as a child.

I cannot understate my continuing anger & frustration at continued experience (compounded by the corruption under the command of Chief Constable Stephen Otter in his neglect & refusal to engage in any dialogue regarding legitimate complaints regarding multiple police violations, criminality & incidents) that the above named Cornwall Police who have by individual contribution to collective homophobic abuse more traumatising than anything the Paedophiles who sexually abused my naive trust as the child in the photo above managed to attain!

Difficult, but think of the very worst possible child sexual abuse that you can possibly imagine upon a male child...well I probably experienced that...but Cornwall police have succeeded in abusing & victimising me far greater by surpassing in abuse any of my sexual experiences as a child

The relentless homophobic hounding carried out by Cornwall police SCUM since 2004 against myself & others has for me many echoes of the way in Alan Turing the great World War II hero who cracked the Nazi enigma code but was relentless persecuted by homophobic police scum. Turing along with an estimated 100,000 other British gay men who were convicted for consenting, victimless same-sex relations during the twentieth century. Thousands were jailed. These men were criminalised for behaviour that was not a crime between heterosexual men and women.

Turing's arrest and conviction in 1952 for a consenting gay relationship, and his subsequent chemical castration to supposedly 'cure' his homosexuality, were barbaric, inhuman abuses of a truly outstanding war hero.
