The above is a SOLO photograph of Robert Mann (my former partner from 1998-2004) In the photograph, Rob was at the time 25years old.
The DEEPLY homophobic Cornwall police (Homophobes DC Scott & DC Anning of Camborne CID) attempted to prosecute me for this lawful & legal SOLO image of my 25yr old gay male partner (The depth of Cornwall police homophobic practises & attitudes still protected by Chief Constable Steven Otter & senior rank throughout the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary today in 2009)

Cornwall Police then attempted to prosecute me for photographs taken by Simon Read, a student then resident in my mothers home. Simon Read (openly gay) admitted taking the photographs of 16yr old John Smith (bisexual) & my former partner Rob Mann naked together! All three were resident in the same home as myself at the time in Jan 2004.
The corrupt Cornwall police withheld from court numerous witness statements regarding access to a computer by other residents also living in the house, namely John Smith, Simon Read & Robert Mann & other use of computer equipment by numerous other visitors to the house.
The law as it stood then in Jan 2004, was the legal age for an explicit nude photograph, was 16 yrs of age (pre May 2004) (That’s how the Sun newspaper was able to print all those page three pictures of tits of 16yr old girls up until May 2004).
The photographs taken by Simon Read were lawful
John Smith was over 16yrs of age (age of equal consent effective Jan 1st 2001) and was legal, as the age of an indecent photograph did not rise from 16 to 18yrs of age until 1st May 2004.
Nudity in itself is NOT indecent, however in the photograph taken by Simon Read, Robert Mann has an erection clearly visible, pressed against 16yr old John Smith. Since the photographs were both lawful & legal as both parties were over the age of consent & over the age of what would be considered an indecent photograph, NO OFFENCE was committed.
Robert Mann out of fear of homophobic Cornwall police conduct declined to give evidence regarding the photographs of him & John Smith.
Simon Read declined to give evidence regarding the photographs he took of Robert Mann & John Smith due to concerns he had about police reaction to his homosexual relationships with youths Peter Midwood & Danny Tresidder.
This enabled Cornwall police to continue their relentless homophobic conduct & practises through police withholding evidence, lying, and failure of duty of care & embedded homophobic attitudes & practises, which led directly to my attempted suicide.
Police subsequently destroyed both my businesses through their continued homophobic campaign, following my two suicide attempts I now live on incapacity benefit, now suffer from a form of agoraphobia, severe anxiety & depression & no longer drive due to relentless police targeting & only leaving my rural home in the company of a escort career witness, due to repeated police homophobic victimisation
I have very, very good reason to hate & despise the Cornwall police officers named in this blog for their homophobic attitudes & practises, which so nearly directly resulted in my death.
