Devon & Cornwall Constabulary contempt towards victims of FALSE ALLEGATION!
I've recently posted on (a support site for those falsely accused) how, after two years Cornwall police finally admitted "in writing" that an allegation of rape made against me was FALSE.
That I have in writing from Devon & Cornwall police.
When I then asked Cornwall police (DC Parker CID) their intent to prosecute the 'False Accuser', they said the false accuser had failed to turn up for questioning & was beleived by police to then be living in Leeds.

Well...
30secs on the internet established the FALSE ACCUSER was still living in Cornwall...and within hours I had been provided by other gay people...

But, better still the False Accuser is actually a member of a group run by a Devon & Cornwall police diversity officer PC Cannon... who actually knows about the case ?
Yes, the same diversity police officer who is trying to get me to 'SHUT UP'...yes, I have the emails!
God forbid that Cornwall police should take seriously the devestating impact & traumatic affect of a rape allegation upon a falsely accused victim (and their family & friends who have suffered too!)
Well I passed all the info I had been provided regarding the acknowledged false rape accuser onto the Devon & Cornwall police (hysterical laughter, and that was a fiasco trying to get police headquarters to accept I was trying to give them the name & address of a WANTED person in relation to a police acknowledged false rape allegation they had made, it was like wading through syrup & I am really on the edge of blowing a major fuse ).
As if Cornwall police will do anything, it will no doubt be ignored just like..

...another witness who provided valueable statement information
...physical DNA evidence
...text messages admitting it was a false allegation
Just like the FORTY EIGHT defence witness statements corruptly & dishonestly suppressed by Cornwall police DC Magnus Scott & chums in a previous case of police homophobic attitudes & dishonest practises in Cornwall (UK).
It is simply not important to the corrupt & homophobic Devon & Cornwall Constabulary that I as a gay man & now an acknowledged victim of false allegation who has been physically attacked, threatened with violence, had an attempted extortion carried out, my home attacked, my vehicle smashed, have attempted suicide as ALL as a DIRECT result of police lies, disinformation & homophobic prejudice, (NO, I have NOT forgotten your lie to the PinkPaper PC Arron Piper, Diversity Officer Devon & Cornwall Constabulary)that I now suffer from agrophobia, cannot leave the house without a witness, have been relentlessly targeted by other police officers....not to mention the emotional trauma, distress, fear, etc. etc.
Ontop of which I'm denied health care due to police input & a GP who declines to treat me! Cornwall may be pretty but there are some real nasty scum working within the police & other authorities of Cornwall.
Devon & Cornwall Constabulary in particular, under the command of Chief Constable Stephen Otter, is so rotten & corrupt with homophobic prejudice & discriminatary police attitudes & practises, that the abuse & victimisation of a gay people as victims simply does not matter!
The IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission) WHAT A CORRUPT, INEFFECTUAL, USELESS, INCOMPETENT, WASTE OF SPACE THEY ARE TO THE BRITISH PEOPLE! (Their role is to cover up police abuse, not put right the damage done to the victims of police abuse)
They gave me FOUR days, just four days to submit FIVE YEARS of multiple & repeated abuses carried out by Cornwall police officers I can & have named...there is reams of it, case after case!

I spent most of yesterday in tears....of utter frustration & anger at the TOTAL CORRUPTION which is our legal & dishonest police system in Britain, in particular within the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.
The problem with the police NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NO RESPONSIBILITY taken by senior officers (Have you seen how much these tax payer police senior parasites get paid???)
They can (& do ) get away with murder (Brazilian Charles De Menezes & G20 Ian Thomlinson), nobody in the police is accountable, nobody in police responsible and the IPCC has all the affect & purpose of a Cadbury's chocolate fireguard.
Last night I think I had a break down, all I could think about was the imense satisfaction I would personally get if somebody petrol bombed & torched the two rats nests of police homophobic attitude & practises in Cornwall

Hell, I would applaud & cheer until hoarse! and I did not used to be like this....
ONLY if you have been falsely accused or are close to a loved one falsely accused & then experienced GROSS police abuse, lies, dishonestly, corruption, prejudice, criminiality.... on top of false allegation, will you have the slightest comprehension as to what it is I speak of.
Reading through a support site for those falsely accused, it is apparent that this sort of crass UK police abuse & dishonesty is very widespread & common place practise in allegations of rape (gay or straight).
I CONCLUDE THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN HONEST POLICE OFFICER in the UK anymore as they are all complicite in continuing to shield & protect those police officers, their mates & chums who they allow & enable to continue to carry out these abuses, at least they certainly bloody well are in Cornwall!
...as for FALSE RAPE ACCUSERS, well in Cornwall the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary give FALSE RAPE ACCUSERS a FREE hand & thumbs up to continue to do this to more people...
....hell just think of the money & go for it, if you can live with causing abject misery to untold persons as a result of making a false rape allegation, because Devon & Cornwall Constabulary will definately help you out in the persicution of falsely accused pesons...they will just ignore evidence & bury defence witness statements...won't you DC MAGNUS SCOTT & chums!
FORTY EIGHT DC Magnus Scott FORTY EIGHT defence witness statements dishonestly suppressed from Civil Crown Court by the corrupt & homophobic conduct of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary...and NOTHING is done about police corruption STILL!
To conclude: What sort of police force do we have in Cornwall in the UK that acknowledges a false rape allegation, lets it drag on for two years inflicting & compounding misery upon the victim, but police can't be F**king bothered to do anthing about it when the person who has made (what I consider a bloody serious offence, but Cornwall police clearly do not) of false rape allegation is a ,member of a police run group & the police keep telling you to 'SHUT UP'.
