These abuses as carried out against targeted gay persons by identifiable & nameable Devon & Cornwall Constabulary Police officers in Cornwall, primarily based at Helston & Camborne police stations.
These identifiable Cornwall police officers, who have since 2004 right through to 2009, (and still continuing) contributed to abuses & violations of gay persons lives, health & well being in Cornwall.
These police abuses, including police provocation of some actual & attempted suicides by gay males, (four known gay male suicides in Cornwall in 2008), destruction of lawful gay owned & run businesses, detrimental impact & affect upon the wellbeing, both physical & mental health of gay victims of discriminatory & homophobic police conduct. Also, Cornwall police intimidation & violation of legitimate & lawful social interaction & relationships between gay persons.
This includes breaches & intimidation by police of Human Rights, not least the Right to Freedom of Expression through Art.
Abusive Cornwall police officers have made sweeping NON-factual assumptions based on homophobic motivated false allegations about & against gay persons, their lives & lifestyles.
Some Cornwall police officers have lied, ignored &/or denied witnesses statements in defence of gay persons falsely accused.
Even in the case of DC Magnus Scott believed (factually known by me) to have committed perjury, falsified information & mislead a court of law.
Some identifiable Cornwall police officers have deliberately targeted gay persons on the basis of false homophobic motivated allegations.
Some Cornwall police officers have repeatedly failed to observe both the Police ‘True Vision’ policy on homophobic motivated incidents & the Crown Prosecution definition of a Homophobic incident.
Some Cornwall police officers and/or employees of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary have attempted to pervert the course of justice by intimidation, even threats of legal action, to try to intimidate victims of Cornwall police abuses to remain silent about their experience of police abuses.
Even to the point of Cornwall police attempting to prevent evidence being given by gay persons both written & verbal to the British Governments own Equality & Human Rights Commission inquiry into Human Rights in the UK 2008/2009.
The deliberate action of some Cornwall police officers by misinformation & down right lies, to isolate & marginalise gay person’s victim of police abuses, from the support of organisations both health & legal intended to support & assist victims of crime.
Which is why I do not trust Cornwall’s police diversity officers
There is no question or shadow of doubt in my mind due to factual first hand experience & observation of Cornwall police homophobic motivated SCUM, that there remains a genuine & serious problem of deep rooted & protected by senior police rank, widespread police acceptance of homophobic attitudes & practises of Devon & Cornwall police officers.
These abusive police officers still paid and under the command of Chief Constable Stephen Otter, who ironically is supposed to be the ACPO lead on “Equality & Diversity” for all the UK police forces. God help us!
We can identify & in most cases name in the Cornwall (UK) police force those Cornwall police officers who were/are primarily based at Camborne & Helston police stations.
It is for the above reasons of repeated Cornwall police intimidation, abuses & violations of gay person’s lives that this blog exists and will continue to raise awareness of police & other authority continued abuses of gay persons (or other victims of police abuse) as it has for the past over two years.
When government ignores & fails to control police abuses
When the IPCC ignores & fails to control police abuses
When Police Authorities ignores & fail to control police abuses
When internal police investigation ignores & fail to control police abuses
When chief constables ignores & fail to control police abuses
When the judiciary & courts ignores & fail to control police abuses
Where those in the above authority fail, turn & blind eye & excuse police violations & abuses of power, police criminality & police violations, it is for the public to take responsibility and have the courage to witness, give testimony & exercise control, by reporting publicly & vocally police abuses through citizen journalism, like blogs, face book, twitter, & youtube, etc..
With the repeated recent failure of ALL those in authority responsible & paid to control police violations & abuses in the UK, it has been members of the ordinary public with the courage to expose police abuses like those in the Charles De Menezies case tube train case, the G20 Ian Thomlinson case, the Enfield police water board torturing case, the Nottingham police tazering case, the police dog abuse & death case, etc, etc, etc

Clearly not those in Cornwall with position, authority & responsibility to do so…so it’s down to us, ordinary Joe Public, to police the continuing enemy of gay persons, the still deeply homophobic police, by doing so through such a vehicle as this blog.
As long as Cornwall police ignore and refuse to address their homophobic motivated attitudes, practices & abuses as carried out by Cornwall police officers we can identify & name since 2004, this blog will continue to raise public awareness of the abuses carried out by police & other homophobic authorities & organisations
