Homophobic Police:- Gay Porn, Underpants & a little Rubber Willy



Homophobic Cornwall Police:- Gay Porn, Underpants & Rubber Willy's!


When ‘Simon’, an openly gay 16yr old Cornish youth, sent porn to ‘Danny’, his older 17yr old (closet) bisexual casual boyfriend, Simon had no idea of the blue touch paper of homophobia he was to light.

Danny’s mother discovered the porn on her son’s computer. Unfortunately, Danny’s mum made a leaping and homophobic assumption. The mother knew then nothing of the long-standing ‘gay’ relationship between her 17yr old son and the 16yr old gay youth. A relationship according to the brother of the gay student, which had existed prior to either student knowing or being employed by the gay businessman. However, because her 17yr old son worked for an openly gay employer, Danny’s mother felt that her son’s gay boss was somehow responsible for the porn on her son’s computer.

He was NOT!

What began was a vicious and calculated homophobic vendetta against the gay employer by the mother, Cornwall police, & other Cornish agencies.

The gay employer knew absolutely nothing about alleged porn on Danny’s computer until police raided his home and interrogated him over a period of 16hrs. According later to a half hearted Independent Police Complaints report which had insipidly investigate some complaints, ignoring entirely others, various unfounded allegations including that of a gay ‘porn’ film had also been banded about willy-nilly by Cornwall police.

This turned out to be nothing more than the gay employer had shown 16/17yr old student employees a comedy film, “The Birdcage” Cert 15, a famous ‘gay’ themed farce, starring Gene Hackman & Robin Williams. Cornwall police had seriously suggested that this well-known film could be used for ‘Sexual Grooming’ purposes, clearly indicative of the deeply entrenched homophobic views and values of Cornwall police.

If that homophobic stance by Cornwall police officers were not enough, there was yet more abuse & violation of the gay employer to come.

As it gets worse:-

The gay employer had paid for a Christmas party for his staff in a local Cornish restaurant. Nine people had attended, including the gay employer’s pensioner mother and participated in the giving of lighthearted humours ‘Secret Santa’ gifts.

‘Simon’ the 16yr old out gay youth had chosen a pair of Tesco supermarket novelty humour Christmas underpants and a small novelty rubber willy keyring, as the Christmas Secret Santa gift for ‘Danny’, his 17 yr old (closet) bisexual boyfriend. Cornwall police seriously suggested that the giving of a pair of supermarket underpants and a keyring was an offence of “Sexual Grooming” on the part of the gay employer who had thrown the Christmas staff dinner party. Police even continued pursuing this angle into Civil Crown Court. Cornwall police mislead and described the petit novelty keyring, in ways that you would have thought that it was some sort of mains powered ‘rampant rabbit’ super dildo, which would make a B&Q lesbian power drill fanatic go watery eyed and weak at the knees.

In reality, it was a tiny fun novelty keyring, which would fit entirely in the palm of one hand.

But it gets worse:-

In a written statement taken by police, ‘Danny’, clearly identifies he was shown boy & adult homosexual porn on a DVD disc in the possession of ‘Simon’, on ‘Simon’s’ own lap top computer. Cornwall Police again leapt to homophobic asumption that the gay employer was somehow responsible, despite it clearly being ‘Simon’ identified by ‘Danny’ who was in possession of the said porn DVD and the images shown by Simon to Danny on Simon’s own lap top.

But Police decided to target and raid the gay employer’s home. NO illegal porn discs were found and the employer’s computer, which police seized, police later had to admit in both an IPCC report (Independent Police Complaints Commission) and in Civil Crown Court, that there were NO ILLEGAL images on the gay employer’s computer.

But it gets worse:-

According to a written statement from ‘Suzi’, a young women in her 20’s. She had witnessed when ‘Simon’ was asked if he had any knowledge of illegal child porn that police were questioning the innocent gay employer about. According to witness ‘Suzi’, ‘Simon’ immediately began to destroy the hard drive in his lap top computer, removing it, pouring boiling water over it and then breaking it apart with a knife. The hard drive said to entirely been destroyed, Simon assisted in its distribution into the countryside by a much older gay male friend of Simon’s.

But it gets worse:-

Danny’s mother had the homophobic bit between her teeth against her son’s now former employer. The mother, effectively aided by the police, began spreading rumour the gay employer had HIV/AIDS. There were hostile phone calls received by the beleaguered gay employer from the father of the girlfriend of one the gay employer’s student staff, expressing his concerns about means of HIV/AIDS transmission. This because of malicious rumour proliferated by the Mother of the staff member Danny. Danny’s mother even alluded to warning her son of his employers HIV/AIDS risk to her son, in written statement taken by police against the gay employer.

It was necessary because of the malicious allegations, for the Gay employer to get a letter from the Truro GU Clinic, stating he did NOT have HIV/AIDS. When the gay employer tried to talk to the mother, she simply screamed a torrent of homophobic abuse at him in the streets in front of a witness.

Danny, the son, later informed his former gay employer that Danny’s mother had in her sons opinion conspired with a third party to make yet further false allegations against the gay employer. These allegations against the gay employer investigated by police and NFA’d, (No Further Action) there were No charges, No conviction, No Prosecution. However, the police managed to intimidate & violate the confidence of a huge number of gay/bisexual witnesses in Cornwall as a result.

But it gets still worse:-

So concerned at the malicious harassment he was enduring from the mother of student Danny, the gay employer made a complaint to the police about her. The Homophobic stance of Cornwall Police shone through again.

In a written response from a Cornwall police Inspector at Helston, with reference to the mother screaming homophobic abuse in the streets, the mother spreading malicious rumour of the gay man having HIV/AIDS and the mother conspiring with a third party to make malicious false allegation of a serious sexual nature

…according to Cornwall police…in writing…the above is NOT HOMOPHOBIC harassment!

That is STILL indicative of the HOMOPHOBIC stance, thinking, practises, & attitude of Devon & Cornwall Police in 2008 towards homophobic “Hate Crime”.

According to Peter, a former 15yr old boyfriend of former student ‘Simon’. Simon had admitted to Peter when they were going out, that he, ‘Simon’ was responsible for some photographs taken of some people just larking about. Innocuous horseplay, but which Cornwall police had again tried to imply were indicative of something else more sinister in the police headlong prejudicial homophobic pursuit of the gay employer. Peter said to have broken up with Simon due to Simon continuing his prior intimate ‘relationship’ with Danny.

The outcome:- The gay employer was not charged, or convicted of any criminal offence in what has become a four-year long vindictive and malicious Cornwall police homophobic vendetta against him.

The gay employers has attempted suicide twice, as a direct result of Cornwall police misconduct & abusive practises during the four year persicution. The gay employers businesses were destroyed by the continuous Cornwall police homophobic vendetta against him.

In 2008, the Devon & Cornwall police homophobic vendetta has still not abated. The gay former employer has since 2004 has had his home raided yet again for a 2nd time by police, has been subjected to police vehicle stops, intimidation and numerous un-logged visits to his home by police, these calculated to further intimidate and harass the gay man by the deeply homophobic Cornwall police.

The gay former employer has been violently assaulted twice, physically threatened and attempted extortion blackmail attempted against him.

But Cornwall police just don’t want to know…well the victim is gay!


So entrenched is Cornwall Police Homophobic stance…that police decline to act against the perpetrators, decline to interview gay/bi witnesses and in general, Devon & Cornwall Police continue to behave in a completely homophobic manor still in 2008!

Unfortunately, the IPCC is just as homophobic as the Cornwall Police and declines to investigate!
